Normalmente este lugar é um ótimo lugar para ficar. No entanto, estão a fazer uma remodelação completa no 2º andar, com clientes no 1º e 3º andar. A construção do hotel continuou até tarde da noite (após 21h) por duas noites seguidas. Pagando US $ 200 por noite, deve-se ter paz e sossego bem depois do horário de trabalho. Depois de reclamar várias vezes com o recepcionista, essa atitude foi mais como "oh bem". Qualquer membro da equipe não deve permitir qualquer trabalho de construção após o horário comercial normal e deve ter em mente o respeito de seus clientes. Mau negócio!!

Typically this place is a great place to stay. However, they are doing a complete remodel on the 2nd floor, with customers on the 1st and 3rd floor. Construction of the hotel continued into the very late evening (After 9pm) for two nights in a row. Paying $200 a night, one should be able to have piece and quiet well after working hours. AFter complaining multiple times to the front desk clerk, that attitude was more like "oh well." Any staff member should not allow any construction work after normal business hours and should have the respect of their customers in mind. Bad Business!!

This is the hotel to stay at in the Peru area!!! They are updating all the rooms and the main part of the lobby. I'm staying in one of the suites and it is so nice❤️ I love how the window shades block out 100% of the sunlight!!!

Semi broke down and was in a pinch, luckily they had a room for 3 nights available. Room was clean. My little vacation here was pricey, but at least I had a nice place to stay for the weekend. Plenty of places near by to shop and dine.

Yikes. Sometimes photos tell the story better than words could hope to do... peeling yellowing wallpaper, a disgusting looking toilet seat, furniture that is all scratched up, etc. etc. Like some other reviewers, we also experienced being "downgraded" to a different room type (standard King) than the one we booked (King Suite with jetted tub) without being told that was being done. For the price, would not recommend this hotel. Looks like they are renovating the lobby, as it is an active construction zone. Don't know about the rooms, but ours was awful to say the least.

What a wonderful hotel and the front desk person was extremely polite and professional. I slept so well. I had the room with the sauna bathtub. I used it before bed and again first thing in the morning. It made a difference in the way I slept and a good way to start my day
