Hotel simples mas gostei da acomodação. No quarto tinha uma cozinha equipada com uma sala e mesa, no outro cômodo duas camas grandes e confortáveis. Só achei o estacionamento muito vulnerável, qualquer um pode acessar.

Hotel simples bem localizado para quem vai para o Port Everglades,nos quartos ouve se um pouco o barulho da rua e dos corredores de acesso aos quartos que são exteriores, o quarto estava limpo e com todas as comodidades . Só não gostei do pequeno almoço, muito fraco, poucas mesas e não muito limpo, e nãogostei de terem cobrado uma caução de 99$ no cartão que só é devolvida de 1 a 10 dias após check out, não deixam pagar este valor em cash! Relação qualidade preço é aceitável

Localização boa; a 1,7km da praia. Não seria tão ruim se tivesse um mínimo de manutenção. As fotos na web devem ter sido feitas há 10 anos... Típico motel de beira de estrada para camioneiros. Limpeza das áreas comuns sofrível; nos quartos, aceitável. Debitam U$99,00 no check in a título de garantia por danos ou furto(!...) q só é reembolsável 10 dias após checkout (!...) Ainda cobram taxa de resort (!..) de U$5,00 por dia... Só fiquei porque já havia pré pago na reserva e se declinasse da reserva perderia uma diária... Não recomendo.

Sujo, úmido e barulhento. Essas são as três palavras que definem esse lugar e minha passagem por lá foi desastrosa. Não podia andar descalça ou de meias que meus pés ficavam imundos em poucos minutos. No meu quarto havia uma roupa de baixo usada embaixo da minha cama. O quarto fedia a mofo e as roupas de cama também. Quando estive hospedada lá, junto havia um grupo de jovens que fez da nossa noite um verdadeiro pesadelo. Meu filho estava doente e após ele receber atendimento médico um dos jovens decidiu fumar dentro de um dos apartamentos o que fez disparar o alarme de incêndio e levou por volta de meia hora para ser desligado. Mesmo com o ocorrido eles se comportavam como se estivessem em uma festa, gritando, cantando e jogando cerveja nos carros que estavam estacionados. Isso tudo ocorreu por volta das 2:00am. Depois de todo esse ocorrido eles invadiram a piscina do hotel e começaram uma pool party. Sei que o comportamento dos hóspedes não pode se controlar, mas não há segurança no hotel para evitar esse tipo de coisas então os gestores deveriam ser os primeiros a ligar para a polícia. Pretendo nunca mais me hospedar nesse local. Eu dei 2 estrelas porque os atendentes eram amigáveis.

Funcionário invadiu meu apartamento sem meu consentimento. Total falta de segurança. Até agora a gerência do hotel ou a empresa Agoda que nos reservou o hotel nos deu uma justificativa para tal arbitrariedade e falta de segurança. O hotel apresenta várias infiltrações no apartamento, a banheira está descascando, tem muitas baratas. NÃO ENTREM NESSA ARAPUCA.

Please, do not stay here. The price may be tempting, but this is the WORST place I have ever seen in all my years of traveling. Bugs, rust, heavy smoke smell, you name it.
The good reviews must be the people lucky enough to get a room that isn't tarnished. It isn't worth the risk. Also they will NOT give you a full refund. Be careful please please!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The employees are useless ( nightly security guard stands around the front on his phone and Manny). They make you sign a curfew paper, but don’t make people adhere to it. At least I was told that the security patrols all night but as you see he was just chillin on his phone out front. People were loud and disruptive all 4 nights by our room. When the third night came and we informed one of the front desk clerks Rose she said to call and let them know. That night was when we ran into Manny who not only wanted me to do his job for him but apparently didn’t think that the security guard needed to do his job either. I am not usually one to complain especially about places in party towns, but I have been to other hotels that were cheaper than this one and had better service and less noise. Actually once was during spring break and we didn’t even have that many issues. Also the hotel itself has old rusted doors and fixtures really needs an update. People with children should stay clear. The guest around here are not who you want around your kids.

Clean rooms, well maintained property, clean pool and an ice dispenser... That may seem like a given, an ice machine, but let me assure you it is not, at least not in the south Florida market. Nice bed, plenty of pillows, no towels in the bathroom tho, well two wash clothes but those are very hard to dry off with. Nice TV with plenty of channels. Location is a bit meh if you're vacationing but not too far from things. Definitely not in the heart of any nightlife or beach scene, but a quick ride to that type of area. So yeah overall pretty decent and for the price hard to beat.

Horrible. Fuimos estafados por este motelucho, no puedes llamarlo hotel por que no lo es, las habitaciones estaban asquerosas, el baño en mal estado, el toilet no funcionaba solo nos quedamos una noche mientras encontramos un lugar decente. Cancelamos la estadia de los demas días y me dieron un recibo de reintegro de mi dinero obiamente estabamos de acuerdo en pagar la noche que nos quedamos pero ellos nunca nos regresaron nuestro dinero. NO VAYAS A ESTE LUGAR SI NO QUIERES PERDER TU DINERO.

The guy at the front desk was nice, and the room mostly looked okay, but nothing fancy. I had an overnight layover at the Fort Lauderdale airport, and this was the perfect place for that. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries, but the paint on the bathtub was peeling. I liked that I had a mini fridge and a microwave because you don’t always get those when you book an inexpensive hotel. My only complaint is that the extra lock was missing that bar you flip over for extra safety. Overall, I would stay here again.

This room was not very well cleaned to the point where my co-guest were afraid to shower. The bathroom needs heavy update. Lots of noise from other guest all night. Paid 250.00 for a slum property. The check-in comes with a lot of rules which you sign off. The room deposit is separate from the fee and is refunded within 24 hours of your stay if they deem the room is clean. Two bath towels for 2 adults and 3 children. One hand and one face towel for five.Breakfast is a prison line-up. Join the line and when you arrive at the counter you are asked if you want a bagel. You grab a styrofoam plate and if you want the bagel, you have the choice of plain ... Proceeding down the line you have muffins, a toaster, butter/jelly/cream cheese, frosted flakes or rice crispy, and juice/water/milk.Coffee is behind the counter. No egg, pancakes, yogurt, etc.This is at best a $50 hole. The weekend price is very high possible it includes the fighting fees.The other guests put on a sound show that keeps you attention all night.

The location is convenient ample parking. My bed was comfortable. The room was clean but the shower head was non stop leaking that was room 315. Because of the humidity the lamps and anything of metal was rusted. That didn't bather me. The room's ac was cold like a refrigerator. The only thing I didn't like it the way they served breakfast and breakfast itself. The lady who serves breakfast has a horrible attitude the hotel over all need TLC its really rundown. But I would stay there again because of the price.

There was a persistent and loud beeping that was enough to cause insanity throughout my two night stay that staff was absolutely unwilling to do anything to stop. It came from a mechanical room right next to my room. I had to play music and cover both sides of my head with a pillow. Sometime on the second night it became two different mechanical high pitched alerting beeps. When I asked staff they just said they couldn’t do anything about it. So I stared at them… I said “nothing? This is not normal” then they looked to see if they could move me to another room but couldn’t.I was lucky enough to have very good occlusive ear buds to play music but still had to occlude both sides of my head with pillows in order to sleep at all.All the staff I encountered during the stay was unaffected and detached, I’m pretty sure they hate their jobs or they all have antisocial personality disorder. Most likely the former and if so they should quit, there are plenty of jobs out there with better employers that will make you feel like a human. Absolutely terrible experience when you have to suffer the insanity of constant high pitched mechanical beeping. They don’t even treat prisoners this way, it’s called human torture. I took videos of the ridiculous beeping but don’t see a way to share here. Don’t waste your money here, if I had a car I would have slept in it rather than this terrible place. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. “High alert” beeping from machine that gets ignored are more likely to explode, malfunction and possibly harm someone.The front desk is blocked by an event table, you have to reach across the entire table to get your ID to the attendants. I thought it was ridiculous at first but now I think it is to help block violence toward the staff.The staff should get out now before they become even less human than they are.

Wednesday morning I went to the office to get their breakfast voucher at 5 of the time they wanted to hand them out. The worker directed me back to my room until 8 ? For a paper for a continental breakfast. He was not able to be found ! He came around on his phone and glared me down. Stayed on the phone for a long time.
No one came to clean the room at all. We had to ask for toilet paper; clean towels and had to leave our trash outside.
The pool is lovely. The price is low. Some of the staff were super nice (both ladies working breakfast for example)
But no I won’t be going back unless I’m stuck with a snow cancellation again.

Was a decent room for the package deal that we received. If you plan on just visiting the area and just wanting somewhere clean to crash and are not worried about high end amenities, it's okay. Lots of the furnishings were rusted due to the humidity. Room had a nice TV and bathroom. Had to ask for fresh towels and linen to be changed, trashed bags removed as housekeeping did not come around at all. Pool looked clean and refreshing and parking was limited to paid guests. Would stay here again if I were in a crunch.

No es el mejor hotel de Fort Lauderdale, sin embargo cumple con las necesidades básicas.Incluye el desayuno pero es muy pobre cajita de cereal, leche muffins, panes, mantequilla de maní, mantequilla de leche, mermelada. Todo super calórico. La tostadora no está en buen funcionamiento el pan se quemó por colocarlo entero sin partir en mitades. No se puede Desayunar en el mismo resturante del hotel, sino en el looby, habitación o piscina. La sra. Que nos servía el desayuno muy amable y cordial. Los pasillos le falta mantenimiento, al igual que las habitaciones. La bañera está descascarándose. En la cama solo hay 2 sábanas y 1 cobertor polar delgado que no abriga. El aire acondicionado hace ruido y tiembla la pared. El sillón estaba un poco manchado. El pestillo/cerradura estaba rota y pedimoscambio de habitación. Las habitaciones tienen acceso a la calle.

CDC guidelines are in effect. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. I love that the rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. The closets are in the bathroom for more space in the room. Love that the doors are mirrored. Parking isn't far from my room. I'm not sure if there is an elevator. Haven't found one but stairs are readily accessible at each end of the buildings, and inside the lobby. Continental breakfast, pool, and WiFi are all free. Although this was a last minute booking, I'd readily book again.
Also, I do not recommend putting luggage next to window if it's raining. The seal isn't the best to keep rain completely out. Otherwise, great stay

Pros- Great Staff, Clean room when first checked in.
Cons- No towels. Had to keep calling everyday to front desk to bring some.
If you were staying for a few days I was told the room only gets cleaned every 3 days.
They were quick to get a $99 deposit but won’t give it back until a week after you check out because they don’t know how to correctly refund the money.
A lot of drug addicts living there.

The pool was closed although when you call they say its open large rooms with cable TV but they don't provide extra towels require a deposit which can't be cash and it takes a week for you to get that back which is on there end cause they don't settle there machine daily I confirmed with the bank which is not good business practice its a very simple thing to put a hold on a credit card and release it next day or upon check out its called selected audit maybe they need to teach they front desk how this is done

Way over priced, I have stayed at plenty of motel 6 and super 8 and those are 5 star in comparison to this place. There is their 8 dollar added on no matter how where hotels.com or one of those site, calling it something but one gets nothing for it...everything for them is shut down. As far as when checked in here verses other hotels, they told me I had many choices though the advertising for the acts like always sold out...very innocent road by them, and they are over a mile from the beach too.

My overall experience at the Link Hotel was horrible. The room was outdated and the shower was dirty. However the front desk agent MANNY was awesome 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽 He checked me in and check me out, he was very pleasant and professional. He took care of what I needed as a guest and made sure a charge that didn’t belong to me was refunded back to my card...the property needs renovation BADLY, but if you happen to stay there out of a pure last minute emergency ask for Manny. He seems to be the only one that know what he’s doing there
