Um hotel simples mas que atende toda necessidade de um turista fica próximo à praia em frente tem uma loja de conveniência tem lojas de roupas próximo e restaurantes. Como o hotel não tem estacionamento o que fica mais em conta é um estacionamento público que cobra UsD 20,00 por dia. Tem um café da manhã bem simples mas uma atendente nota 1000 muito educada e sempre muito solicita isso se estende a todo time do hotel todos muito atenciosos pessoal da recepção o pessoal da limpeza

Estive Hospedado 2noites neste Hotel e pelo que paguei, não valia uma semana. Quartos antiquados com poucas condições e falta de limpeza. Zonas interiores em obras e pequeno almoço muito fraquinho. Valeu pelo local onde está situado. Não recomendo

NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE LUGAR. Todo es pésimo. No hay una persona en todo el lugar que te salude o que sea respetuoso. Las habitaciones tienen cucarachas, el lugar es sucio. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido insoportable y no pasan a limpiar las habitaciones. Te dejan solo un pequeño jabon para toda tu estadia, ni siquiera uno por persona. El desayuno es deplorable. Recien al llegar te dicen que es solo de 8 a 9.30. Pero si bajas a las 8.20am el desayuno aún no arrancó y tenes que esperar, si bajas a las 9.10 ya no hay más café. Otra cosa que me pareció ridícula es que te dan a elegir entre un vasito de café o un vasito de jugo (comun, no exprimido ni nada), no te permiten tomar las dos cosas, unos miserables. Ni hablar de la mala educación de la gente del desayuno. Una mujer de la barra sobre todo es intratable. Por dar un ejemplo, una señora se acercó a pedirle 2 sobres de azucar, y en vez de alcanzarselos, que no le costaba absolutamente nada, la mandó a hacer la fila de nuevo, una desubicada. Basta con estar 10 minutos en el lobby que te das cuenta que es un mar de quejas, uno avisando que se les cayó un foco de vidrio sobre la cama donde dormian sus niños, otra que no pasaron nunca a limpiar la habitacion, otro en el bar reclamando por qué hacen elegir entre vasito de jugo o vasito de café, otra señora sola con movilidad reducida pidiendo que la cambien de habitacion porque no puede subir las escaleras y el ascensor no anda. Si necesitas ayuda de algun tipo no te la van a dar. Mala educación, cero cortesía, miserables. Deplorable todo, te estafan! Ademas en ningun lado te avisan que funciona un par desde mañana hasta tarde a la noche con volumen altisimo, y ni hablar de que es cero seguro ya que cualquiera que ingrese al bar puede pasar al hotel como si nada. NO VENGAN A ESTE LUGAR, ES TIRAR LA PLATA Y ARRUINARSE LAS VACACIONES

Save yourself, you'll pay a 'deposit' to secure the room & they'll tell you it was 'released' when you check out just to find out they never released it so you end up over paying for a room that wasn't even worth the money to begin with The rooms are dated they don't even have a microwave or refrigerator, the decor ha what decor? Place is a joke the only pro they have was the restaurant bcus their food was good and the ppl were super friendly other than that stay at your own risk but believe all the reviews saying the same thing cause they're here for a reason!

Sad experience for me as well but the only thing is good about this hotel (Motel) is the location and price. Rooms are okay but the bathtubs are useless because there are no stoppers. The maintenance guy breaks the drain to drop a stopper on top but it shifts and the tub starts draining. Afternoon receptionist told us to stuff paper as a stopper funny because if the paper clogs the drain the customer will pay for the repairs. What a joke. If you don't care about soaking in a tub or room service this is the perfect place to stay.

🚩 Pésimo. El lugar está sucio, no incluye limpieza de cuartos, no te dan mas que una toalla en toda tu estadía. El desayunono es más que un pan, aparte de que no te atienden con buena actitud. La ubicación es buena pero no vale la pena. El cuarto se siente húmedo y encerrado, huele mal y hasta es difícil respirar. No te quedes en este hotel! Miami es enorme la ubicación es buena solo por la playa pero para todo lo demás qué hay que hacer definitivamente busca otro lugar. 🚩

El hotel puede mejorar en muchos aspectos, el ruido del bar terraza no deja dormir temprano, deberían remodelar, es para que fuese muchísimo mejor, el personal es muy amable, menos la señorita asiática del mostrador, no ayuda en nada y se hace la desentendida de todo.

We booked a hotel here and they were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant on the phone. Our flight was cancelled by the airline for a 3 day stay here. The airline was helpful, but this hotel was unwilling to help accommodate. The customer service is very poor.

I came to this establishment to have a nice room while I’m celebrating my birthday. However I can truly say this place is a scam they don’t have parking so you have to get valet or try to find parking a block away. The pictures on their website don’t match at all. This hotel is so outdated it’s like they tried to fix a few things (barely) . The bathroom is so small the beds aren’t even the size the mentioned for the room when booking . Crazy cancellation policy as well. Elevator is very old, and needs to a tune up. The walls very thin. Can hear the neighboring room flush the toilet , hear doors shut , people in the hallway. Not to mention it sounded like construction in the room next to mine that woke me up my first night. Didn’t get a warning about any possible construction. They don’t have a phone to call the front desk and if you call the number from the website you probably won’t get a answer even if they aren’t doing anything. So you have to go downstairs. Worst hotel for any occasion. O/10 wouldn’t recommend.

It's what you pay for. If you are looking for a 4-5 stars hotel within this area, you will pay a lot more money. If you are looking for a cheaper option where you can go to sleep at night, this can be an option. The building is really old and there are things that need maintenance, but if you are not very demanding or picky, you can deal with the defects and enjoy the stay just 3 minutes away from the beach and the Ocean Drive. If you are looking a Resort this is not your place. The place is noisy, but what do you expect? It's almost next to Ocean Drive the party epicenter.

I made a reservation with hotels.com for November. I selected the bill me later option and then that was the end of that. Today I look at my and the hotel charged me for the room. I called the hotel and they said they always charge first. I called and spoke to the manager who tells me this is normal and that they always charge the room first when it makes no sense since I am paying with hotels.com. He charged my bank account directly but will not return the money to me. I spoke to Jose Arragui who refused to give me his name over and over again. He said he had been in hospitality for 15 years and that is correct thing to do. Hotels.com also said that was not correct and they were trying to get a resolution on it as well.

Their house keeping is throwing some towels in your room. Cockroaches in the patio area. Music is loud, you won’t sleep at all. Rooms are old and smell. Bed is sunken. Linens are dirty. Towels smell gross. Do you need more? Don’t come here.

Ubicación vs Comodidades. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y comparado con otros la tarifa no es mala. Pero el hotel en sí está veterano, le falta algo de manutención y lo que me resultó malo es que no hay frigobar en las habitaciones. El desayuno pasa desapercibido.

Pontos positivos: custo benefício, tem café da manha que por conta da pandemia é servido em uma bandeja individual com um bagel, um muffin e uma fruta. E a localização do hotel é bem no coração de south beach. Pontos negativos: Devido a pandemia NAO tem serviço de quarto e eles NAO LIMPAM seu quarto isso mesmo que você leu, vou postar uma foto do informativo, outro ponto é que você esta na zona antiga de south beach, então a estrutura do hotel é bemmmm velha, tambem eles te pedem 100 dolares de garantia no momento que você faz o checkin de "depósito garantia"

Hotel péssimo,o banheiro estava entupido e inundou tudo, uma imundície,um cheiro horrível, como foi a noite não tinha ninguém para arrumar nem para limpar e, como se não bastasse, não tinha quarto disponível para trocar!!! Eu mesma precisei limpar tudo e tivemos que ficar utilizando o banheiro do corredor até o dia seguinte. Fora isso, quarto velho, cheirando a modo, colchão duro.
