Pessoas muito barulhentas, a maioria não usando máscaras, cheira a mofo, toalhas sujas. Não gosto de ser chamado de mentiroso e de fazer parecer que colocamos manchas nas toalhas. O chiclete que tínhamos era cubo de gelo e não é vermelho, também por que você vai jogar nosso lixo especialmente com cobiça. Procurem o quanto quiserem, não manchamos as toalhas. Nunca ficaria aqui novamente, o proprietário apenas responde para fazer parecer que eles fizeram algo para resolver o problema e culpar o visitante. E nunca pedimos qualquer compensação. Não vale os $ 62, mas acho que recebi o que paguei

Very loud people, most not wearing masks, smells musty, towels dirty.I do not appreciate being called a lier and to make it sound like we put the stains on the towels.The gum we had was ice cube and is not red, also why are you going throw our garbage especially with covid.Search all you want we didn't stain the towels.Would never stay here again, owner only replies to make it look like they did something to fix the problem and blame the visitor.And we never ask for any compensation.It's not worth the $62, but I guess I got what I paid for

É um hotel de 3 andares, eles estão reformando o 3º andar e esse é o andar que nos colocaram, havia quartos disponíveis nos andares inferiores Eles só tinham um travesseiro extra e um cobertor em todo o hotel que pudemos obter. A máquina de gelo quebrou e ela me agradeceu por contar a ela e me informar que posso fazer gelo no freezer do meu quarto, sim, estará pronto amanhã. A pior parte sobre o hotel foram as baratas no quarto, nós arrumamos tudo à meia-noite e partimos e fomos para um hotel melhor, nem preciso dizer que nunca mais vou ficar lá e provavelmente nunca vou me rebaixar para ficar em um hotel bem escolhido um de seus mais altos e quero dizer hotéis de alto nível. O gerente me informou que uma vez que as reformas fossem feitas, as baratas iriam embora, tenho certeza de que não é assim que funciona. Além disso, quando liguei para o serviço de atendimento ao cliente do hotel Choice, eles não fizeram absolutamente nada para me compensar pelo inconveniente de ter que mudar tudo à meia-noite por causa de suas baratas.

It is a 3 story hotel, they are renovating the 3rd floor and that is the floor they put us on, rooms were available on lower floors
They only had one extra pillow and one blanket in the a whole hotel that we could get. The ice machine was broken and she did thank me for telling her and informing me I can make ice in the freezer in my room, yeah that will be ready tomorrow. The worst part about the hotel were the cockroaches in the room we packed everything up at midnight and left and went to a better hotel needless to say I will never stay there again and will probably never lower myself to stay in a choice hotel unless it is one of their higher and I do mean higher end hotels. The manager did inform me that once the renovations were done the cockroaches would go away, I am pretty sure that's not how that works. Also when I called choice hotel's customer service they did absolutely nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to move everything out at midnight because of their roaches.

The Staff members are so accommodating! My husband and I have been living here since April. The rooms are clean! The pool and grounds are kept up beautifully! Great Job Holly!!!! I tell everyone know "Come Visit and See for YOURSELF"

Quando cheguei, recebi um quarto que tinha um ar-condicionado defeituoso. Eu não conseguia descobrir como ligá-lo, perceber o interruptor elétrico na caixa de fusíveis foi fundido e quando eu ligo o interruptor de volta em sua faísca e que foi o fim de tudo isso. Catalãs iam para a recepção e outro quarto. As políticas são rigorosas, você quase tem que (como é impresso) deixar o quarto impecável para receber de volta a autorização do cartão de US $ 50. Parece que pode ser um lugar onde as pessoas ligam para casa em vez de ficar de férias. As unidades são antigos, assento do vaso foi quebrado, ea piscina é pequena. Eu não ficaria novamente, existem alguns hotéis ao mesmo preço muito perto. Evite

When I arrived, I was given a room that had a faulty air conditioner.I couldn't figure out how to turn it on, realize the electrical switch in the fuse box was blown and when I flip the switch back on its sparked and that was the end of that.Went back to the front desk and got another room. The policies are strict, you almost have to (as it's printed out) leave the room spotless to get back the $50 card authorization. Seems as though it may be a place where people call home rather than stay on vacation.The units are dated, toilet seat was broken, and the pool is small. I wouldn't stay again, there are some hotels at the same price very near. Avoid.
