El hotel es uno de los edificios emblemáticos de Macao, y se encuentra a tan solo 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional de Macao, al que se puede acceder mediante servicio de traslado. El hotel también ofrece fácil acceso al aeropuerto de Hong Kong, que se encuentra a 15 minutos en helicóptero. Este elegante hotel cuenta con lujosas habitaciones y suites divididas en varias categorías entre las que se encuentran las habitaciones familiares y las suites diplomáticas, todas ellas completamente equipadas para satisfacer las necesidades de hasta el más exigente de los huéspedes. Además, el hotel cuenta con varias piscinas, una zona especial para niños, un centro spa, gimnasio y unas magníficas salas para reuniones y conferencias. El hotel ofrece también una amplia selección gastronómica con cocina gourmet, especialidades asiáticas y platos internacionales.

Great location, easy to transport. I disappointed with breakfast buffet. I bought breakfast buffet. First day was amazing nice, variety food good service. And 2nd day was terrible I just got menu set from Palm cafe not much variety and food was terrible. Not nice at all😭👎🏻

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and unfortunately we didn't experience the quality of 5 star Sheraton as we expected. First of all as Marriott Bonvoy member we had priority for check-in, but still it was a slow check-in. We asked the reception if we have any especial offer for food and spa, we has been advised that there are only few offers but we need to contact reception to get voucher. But every time we contacted receiption they didn't have any clue of these offers and they needed to check. Another challenge was receptionists weak level of English understanding. Also every time our room get cleaned, cleaner forgot something ( tea, towel, shampoo,...!!!) Overall, it was Not a great experience.

The staff were very attentive. Though they have 4000 rooms combined, the staff are always on a lookout to assist guests. The ladies in red were wonderful. Whoever we came across they were smiling and assisting us all the way through.,. We will definitely return to stay again in the future.

Great location, clean room, good service. First and foremost, I have never been into a Sheraton in Asia. I have stayed in a lot of Sheraton in north America and I can say, this Sheraton is definitely look nicer, the room is pretty clean and have a great view. They also have great service, the people there are energetic, friendly and helpful. Would recommend stay in this hotel if you visit Macau

My daughter and I had 2 double beds and there was still plenty of space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was of high quality. There were 4 soft comfortable pillows on each bed. There was a full bathroom which had plenty of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. We had a view of the pool area, which has life guards on duty, and the Eiffel Tower. There is a walkway, that takes you over the road to other hotels and high end shopping. It was pleasing to see so many families, with children of all ages. This is a very family friendly hotel. There is a casino on the ground floor. There was plenty of security staff, so I felt quite safe. There is a free shuttle bus, which takes you to many places. I’ve saved the best till last. The best asset in this hotel is their staff. I found all of them to be friendly, courteous, very professional and helpful. The only thing I would comment on is the language barrier. Not many staff could speak or understand English. Maybe management could organise English classes for the staff. Overall, a fantastic hotel 💕💕💕
