The hotel had a classy, nostalgic feel from days gone by. I loved it. The rooms were acceptable, but the pool area and beach access was fantastic. By far my favorite part of the experience was dining in at the in-house restaurant Terrace Restaurant & Bar. The ocean view was amazing, but the show was stolen by Executive Chef, Mr. Alfredo! He personally came to the table and passionately reviewed the menu. The quality of my meal is far beyond words! With each bite, I could taste the effort and honor Chef Alfredo put into preparing it. I’ve dined at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the area, but his meal and table side conversation beats them all! Phenomenal! Highly, highly recommend Chef Alfredo: From your favorite Texas customer!

Really had a pleasant stay here. You can tell that it's an old place but very clean and well kept. A little disappointed that the fitness center is not open 24 hours but was told that I can request at the front desk to use it even after closing time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample and easy Parking ($20 per day including valet parking).

Perfect location if you are looking to stay away from the crowds. Beach was quiet and well maintained. Customer service was lacking at check-in. When visiting in the restaurant inside the hotel, we had to search for someone to seat us or tell us where to go. Booked on Expedia which doesn't include the daily resort fee of $20-30 per night. They will inform you of that at check-in. Room smelled terrible. If I had to do it over again I would stay in this area but at a different spot.
