Great location, fab service and staff. Hot tub works 50% of the time. I have lived here 3 years. It's amazing to me that they can't fix the hot tub when this is a five star hotel. Everything else is five star top knotch quality.

Absolutely love this place! The rooftop/pool area is outstanding. At the Watr restaurant the food & drinks were very good and quick, and our waitress Diana was very kind, sweet and helpful, checking on us very often to make sure everything was ok.
The guy doorman Alex was so nice, he just offered to take photos of my boyfriend and I without even asking him and was doing his BEST to try and take the best photos.
Excellent hospitality, customer service at this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. Their focus on the environment is amazing and makes you feel very in touch with the nature in Miami. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are four pools, multiple restaurants, and hundreds of feet of beach. Although not classically art deco, I recommend the 1 for any luxury trip to SoBe.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The interior, cleanliness,and the accommodations were a five-star. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we check out, it was a pleasant experience. Staff was super friendly! (Thank you Max, Julian, and the others) worth it, for sure.
