This place is huge and has so many slot machines, food venues, entertainment, card and dice games, even a great pool. The rooms are immaculately well maintained, cleaned, and beautiful.
Food service is prompt, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need.
Each food venue is unique and has excellent options. The staff at each are incredible!
The floor staff, from security to the drink attendants are all incredibly friendly, social, and quick to help if you need them.
The bar staff is mostly awesome too! Only one time did we ever have any concerns and even when we did, another bartender was quick to step in and take our order 💕
This is hands down the best hotel in the Tampa Bay area. You cannot go wrong when staying here!

I liked it much more when they had the outdoor shopping area... I'd go every weekend with my kids to eat ice cream while they enjoyed seeing Elvis dancing over the water. It's still a great place to visit for a night out but not a place you could go to with little ones anymore since smoking is allowed in the casino and the smell travels and sticks to you. The light show is nice to watch.

I must say I really enjoyed this venue. I must have played black jack for about 3 or more hours while there and the dealers where great. We shared some good conversations with other members at the table and a great deal of laughs. This place was a lot of fun. I actually walked out with most of the funds I played with and if it were not for my lack of knowledge for the game, I believe I would have done much better. Certainly a comfortable environment, lots to do while there.

It is an incredible experience where you can actually see the clothing and instruments used by various artists of all genres. There is a large casino floor flanked by several shops and interesting things to see or do. Upstairs are the rooms, which are pricey but very cool, all apparently musically themed. Other stuff is within those several floors, which I did not get to see, though. At the top is a lively party zone where people dance and play away! Service is adequate but not excellent. Only verified stay over folks can access several key areas, including the disco Upstairs. Have fun, bring lots of disposable income (it's all expensive there), and have fun. We did!

I stayed in the guitar part of the complex. Though, it was pretty expensive for 1 night, ($475) for 2 queen standard room, no view of anything but the top.of the parking garage. The room was pretty big and comfortable. The shower was awesome. The casino floor was great and very clean. The pool was my highlight. Music, lots of chairs, wait staff always asking if we were good. The check in was smooth but when I booked a room thru their site it did not say smoking room. I picked a pool view, when we arrived he said it was a smoking room and although he could "get in trouble with his manager for switching us to a non-smoking" he would. Which then took away our pool view. He swore it wasn't cheaper but I have a feeling he lied. Nice stay though, food choices were great too! Go get the alcohol infused ice cream at the end of the day, it was delicious!

I had very poor experience with guitar hotel as I made reservation over the phone and gave all my info, then I got a call from Kendall explaining that they were fully booked for the day I wanted to book my 1 year anniversary. I’m very displeased with experience from the beginning to an end and I don’t think this is a hotel I ever want to stay in.

Depois que dissemos que era ótimo. Ele disse que seria melhor sairmos porque seus funcionários deveriam estar fora. Não acredito que seja assim que um gerente deve abordar os clientes

Normalmente vou a Vegas todos os anos, mas com este Casino aqui não sinto necessidade de viajar !! Eu moro em Naples Fl e minha viagem aqui leva pouco menos de duas horas !! Adoro!! Eu me sinto completamente seguro no hard rock em Hollywood! O local é extremamente limpo, o que é muito importante para mim! Sempre convido amigos e familiares que vêm me visitar enquanto estou aqui e eles também adoram! Área da piscina incrível, como eu sempre digo, os quartos são absolutamente lindos, na área da piscina é definitivamente algo para ver! Excelentes restaurantes também! E um maravilhoso cassino! Today we were at this restaurant. We understand that it was their closing time, but their manager Oscar was so disrespectful. We approached us and asked how was the service. After we said it was great. He said that it will be better if we leave because his employees should be out.

Thank you for the complementary nights !! Very grateful!! I often stay here at the guitar resort and casino in Hollywood Fl and I can tell you it’s amazing!! In usually go to Vegas every year but with this Casino here I feel no need to travel!! I live in Naples Fl and my drive here is just under two hours!! Love it!! I feel completely safe at hard rock in Hollywood! The place is extremely clean which is very important to me! I always invite friends and family who come visit me while I’m here and they absolutely love it as well! Incredible pool area as I always say the rooms are absolutely beautiful, In the pool area it’s definitely something to see! Excellent restaurants as well! And a wonderful casino floor! Again thank you for your hospitality!

A falta de serviço neste hotel é horrível. Ao chegar na data de check-in, fui informado que meu quarto estava esgotado, o que significa que eles cederam meu quarto a outro hóspede porque meu quarto foi reservado com 15 dias de antecedência da data da reserva. eles me disseram para sentar e esperar até que outro quarto fosse limpo, eu esperei por mais de uma hora e ninguém me avisou que o quarto estava pronto depois de ir até o balcão de atendimento ao cliente. Disseram que estava pronto e eu estava entreguei as chaves do quarto, depois de subir o quarto vi o pessoal da limpeza ainda arrumando as camas, tive que descer novamente ao atendimento com todas as bagagens e avisar o atendimento ao cliente o que estava acontecendo, depois de mais uma hora no quarto estava finalmente pronto. no total, eu estava esperando por 3 horas para obter meu quarto super não profissional, enquanto esperava pelo quarto, vi hóspedes chegando para fazer o check-in e recebiam as chaves dos quartos imediatamente, eu era o único sentado com minha filha de 3 anos sem um quarto. não terminando aí depois de verificar uma das minhas sacolas de souvenirs estava faltando no serviço de campainha e nenhum lugar para ser encontrada. este hotel é super caro para o mau serviço ao cliente e profissionalismo pobre. este hotel é um desperdício de dinheiro. nunca vou voltar lá novamente !!!!!!!!

The lack of service in this hotel is horrible, upon arriving on my check in date i was told my room was sold out which means that they gave my room to another guest because my room was booked 15 days in advance prior to the reservations date, they had told me to take a seat and wait until another room was cleaned out i waited for more than an hour and no one advised me that the room was ready after going up to the customer service desk i was told it was ready and i was provided with the keys for the room, after going up the room i saw the cleaning personnel still making the beds i had to go down again to customer service with all the luggage's and advise customer service desk what was going on, after another hour the room was finally ready. in total i was waiting for 3 hours to get my room super unprofessional, while i was waiting for the room i was seeing guests coming in to do check in and they were being provided with their rooms keys right away i was the only one sitting with my 3 year old daughter without a room. not ending there after doing check out one of my souvenir bags was missing from the bell service and no where to be found. this hotel is super expensive for the poor customer service and poor professionalism. this hotel is a waste of money. never going back there again!!!!!!!!

Came here for the casino with a couple friends. The hotel looks extraordinary and the casino is beautiful! Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the weird rules with getting a drink. The bars were closed to walk ups, you needed to wait in line to get a table in order to grab a drink. There were cocktail waitresses around but far and few. We had to go to a restaurant in the casino just to grab a couple beers. Other than that, very nice place.

Estuve con mi familia hace 2 días y el lugar está espertacular, el Hotel es único en el mundo, PERO ES UNA LASTIMA EL MAL SERVICIO, PESIMO, SI CONTAR QUE LA PISCINA LA CIERRAN CADAS VES QUE SEGUN ELLO EL RADAR DETECTA UNA TORMERTA A 10 MILLAS,Y TE CIERRAN LA PICINA, YO ESTUVE 2 DIAS Y LA PICINA CIERRA A LAS 8 PERL ELLOS CASUALMENTE VIERON UNA TORMENTA A 10 MILLAS Y CON EL SOL AFUERA DECIDIERO CERRAR, EN FIN A ELLOS SOLO LES IMPORTA QUE TU JUEGUES EN EL CASINO Y NO QUE TUS HIJOS SE DIVIERTAN.. NO LO RECOMIENDO PORQ CREO QUE EXISTE MUCHOS MEJORES LUGARES PARA UNO PASARLA BIEN.. RENTE UN CABANA QUE COSTO 600 Y AL FINAL PERDI MAS DE 4 HORAS DE EL DIA., POR CULPA DE LA REIGLAS ABSURDAS, QUE NO EXISTEN EN NINGUNA PARTE DE ESTE PAIS.

A esposa e eu paramos para ver os pontos turísticos à noite, mas não ficamos no hotel. Foi uma visita divertida. Nós gostamos de conferir as lojas e, é claro, o show de luzes que mostra o próprio edifício mudando as cores da música. É grátis para estacionar e apreciar o ambiente, então pare para conferir! Se você não é um fumante como eu, vou lhe dizer que o cheiro da fumaça do cigarro é perceptível em praticamente todos os lugares nas áreas comuns ao redor dos cassinos.

The wife and I stopped by to see the sights in the evening, but didn't stay at the hotel. It was a fun visit. We enjoyed checking out the shops and, of course, the light show that features the building itself changing colors to the music. It's free to park and enjoy the ambiance, so stop by check it out! If you're a non smoker like me, I will tell you that the smell of cigarette smoke is noticeable virtually everywhere inside the common areas around the casinos.
