El sitio está en un lugar espectacular, desde el hotel tienes todo cerca, no necesitas ni coche ni metro para moverte por la parte turística. El personal muy atento y amable. Lo recomiendo100%

El hotel está genial. Hemos pasado 6 días en el y probado los bares que tiene para comer y beber. Nos ha faltado probar el restaurante. Es un plus poder usar el hotel teniendo habitación para poder acceder al puente tanto arriba a la zona de la catedral como abajo a la zona de la Ribera usando el ascensor.El único pero sería contar con la piscina, que es muy pequeña, no permite nadar.

Le pongo a este hotel todas las estrellas que tiene Google porque nuestra estancia fue espectacular. El personal es encantador, las instalaciones preciosas, tiene unas vistas increíbles... Por destacar algo: la atención recibida en todo momento, el desayuno por su variedad y sabor y la ubicación, que es inmejorable . Siempre que vaya a Porto me alojaré allí.

Check-in and check-out are both fast and good. Parking is also available near the hotel, and if you are going to park in the hotel parking lot, make a reservation in advance. The parking lot is small. The location of the hotel is the best. I've been to many hotels, but the staff here are very kind. I recommend it when you visit Porto. The hotel elevator is connected to both the upper and lower floors of the Lewis Bridge, so it is very convenient for sightseeing.

We stayed at Vincci Ponte De Ferro, a four-star hotel, but it felt more like a five-star. We loved staying here, and I would book it again without a second thought.
It is across the river on the Luis Bridge where the wineries are located. You’ll get the best sunset view that many folks make their way over the bridge to catch. I suggest reserving a room with a view of the bridge. You won’t regret it.
They also have a rooftop bar with a pool which was a great way to chill and relax, especially after a long flight. Their breakfast was one of the best we had throughout our travels in Spain and Portugal. It is buffet-style and made-to-order, serving champagne, fresh juices, pastries, meats, cheeses, and other yummy items.
One of the nice things about the hotel is the two elevators, which allow access to both areas along the river and the city center. There is also a metro stop just outside the hotel’s entrance that will take you to the central metro station in Porto.
Porto is such a charming city with wonderful people.

Wow just the most amazing place. The hotel is clean, stunningly designed, the staff are top class and the breakfast was just unreal. My partner is very well travelled and he said this hotel is the nicest he's ever stayed at!!! His first time and he's already talking about booking for Christmas! Um Hotel moderno, bem integrado na belíssima paisagem da Serra do Pilar no Porto! Uma localização invejável com acesso directo à parte alta e baixa do Porto e Gaia, ligando os dois níveis por elevador do Hotel! Daria as 5🌟se não tivesse havido um “senão” que se repetiu, o funcionário da limpeza entrou pelo quarto às 17h para arrumar o quarto depois de eu ter por ele passado e ter o aviso de não entrar na porta, no dia seguinte pelas 9h uma empregada fez o mesmo ! Reportei ao gerente que foi educado e receptivo! Outro grande defeito a garagem é impraticável para viaturas de maior porte, tive de estacionar no estacionamento público que também é muito mau ! Esta última situação não tem solução, não depende da gestão do Hotel, mas sim da zona em que o Hotel está implantado .

Nos gustó todo. Ubicación espectacular justo al comienzo del Ponte Luis I ( Ponte de Ferro), a escasos minutos de todo. Desayuno excepcional, habitaciones amplias, decoración con cuidado del minimo detalle y con el colchón más cómodo que nunca he probado!!. Instalaciones fantásticas: bar, restaurante,terraza y piscina. Atención especial a todos y cada uno de los profesionales desde personal de las habitaciones, restaurante, terraza, piscina, recepción...hasta su director; q tuvimos el placer de conocer personalmente, demostrado su profesionalidad, humildad; esforzándose en hacerte sentir como en casa....y lo consiguen con nota máxima. Gracias por todo!!! Si viajáis a Porto, no dudéis en alojaros aquí. Seguro que no os defraudará. 10/10

Cuando das 5 estrellas queda poco por añadir. Magnífico Hotel, en la línea de calidad de Vincci Hoteles. Trato, servicios y ubicación de 10, con unas vistas perfectas. Buen restaurante y snack bar con vistas y piscina. Muy recomendable.

Hotel itself is beautiful and modern. Location and view are great. Breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately someone stolen/lost 350 euros from our hotel room. We didn't put them in the safe which was our mistake. They were in the bag beside the bed and someone just took it. We talked to manager and they didn't do anything. Nobody from housekeeping confessed or apologized. Just warning to put all your valuable items into the safe in that hotel.

This is the PERFECT hotel for a stay in Porto. Beautiful, comfortable, lovely outdoor areas to relax. Convenient and walking distance to everything! I would also like to highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant. We had the pork and veal dishes which were probably some of the most delicious meals we have ever had. Beautiful views, attentive and knowledgeable wait staff- don’t miss out on this great dining experience!!

This hotel was awesome! The pictures do depict the awesome view. The location made it SO easy to walk to bridge both from the top and the bottom so you can get anywhere in Porto easily. I would knock of .5 a point for not having a spa. I could have used a good foot massage after all that walking. Otherwise, they greeted us with a glass of Champaign and honored our request to be upgraded. Note that if you plan to park there, you must reserve your spot in advance.

Did not actually visit the hotel itself but we went to the terrace bar.
Such a great location! Right next to the bridge with an excellent view. Comfortable seating with great service.
One small thing was that we couldn’t stay for long cause the sun was beading down on us and the umbrellas couldn’t be opened because of the wind apparently. But it was fine, stayed for a couple of drinks and bounced.
Would definitely recommend coming here and chilling for a bit!

Great hotel where you pay for the amazing view of the bridge. Room was at the lowest level but that gave us easy exit to the street. Unfortunately the bridge is under renovation, but luckily the windows are well insulated, soundproof. Did not try the breakfast here. The smell/scent in the corridors are amazing. You come here for the view! The pool is tiny and not heated. But the sun terrace is great for sunbathing.

Excelente localização, você dormirá as margens do Douro. Hotel novíssimo, decoração lindíssima e camas muito confortáveis. Toalhas, secador de cabelos de excelente qualidade. Destaque especial ao serviço, principalmente para a colaboradora Carolina Santos, que nos atendeu no café da manhã com a maior simpatia, eficiência possível. Hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es excelente y las habitaciones cómodas y súper limpias. La puerta del hotel está al comienzo del famoso “Ponte de Ferro” realizado por el pupilo de Eiffel. Justo en frente hay un jardín con unos bancos de hormigón (Gaia) muy chulos para ver la mejor puesta de sol de Porto.

Excelente localização. Difícil estacionamento nas imediações. Boa recepção. Muito bom serviço de quarto. Excelente café da manhã. Vistas espetaculares. O rooftop com piscina estava interditado. Academia é fraca. Novíssimo hotel. Lindo wine bar com vista. Restaurante precisa de reservas, ainda mais se quiser vista, podendo fazer pelo app do hotel. Bar no lobby com mesas externas.
