Staying in a hotel under a club isn't the best choice unfortunately. We didn't get to sleep much while we stayed here.
The service was great. The attendants were very kind and easy to talk to. The paintings within the hotel were gorgeous. So beautiful honestly.

Always great here. Rooms are not as big as some out there but they are very well appointed.
It is an experience to stay here! The design and art within the building and the rooms themselves is amazing. Your mind enters a different world when you arrive.
Just book, great place.

Good, not great. Reception was helpful and assisted me with uber eats, would have been great to have menu/room service. Mini bar was milk capsules only, you had to order in mini bar which appeared to be alcohol only. Room had nice decor but no block out curtains so my room was pretty lit up at night. Bed was average, definitely acceptable and linen was good. Nice big shower which is perfect and good water pressure. Location was excellent.

Great place to stay if you don't want to sleep, and parking is several streets away also.
Trying to have a night away from the kids (and hopefully to catch up on some sleep), said expensive rooms are located directly underneath a bar who plays music until 4AM in the morning. After it closes, you then get to enjoy the sounds of 20-somethings making their way back home with a belly full of alcohol with the sound reverberating through the alleyways.
Noise is a major issue at this hotel- and while I acknowledge that there may not be anything that can be done about that - the property should let you know this, particularly considering the cost of the rooms. I would have been better off with something on the lower levels at a (presumably) cheaper cost.
I keep seeing replies to reviews from the hotel noting that they'll add a "Quiet Room" to your preferences after the fact - but the fact remains it is a hotel, and not exactly a cheap one at that. All rooms should be quiet. Some sort of warning before you book (aside from just reading reviews) should be mandatory if you've known about this issue for quite some time (which it appears you have).
To rub further salt into the wounds, after spending a fair chunk of change on a King Spa room, only a handful of the spa jets in the room actually worked.
Staff and rooms styling was about the only redeemable qualities of this hotel unfortunately.

If you have claustrophobia don’t stay here. I don’t understand why you would have blue lights in a room made for rest? The blue lights and white subway tiles in the bathroom made me think of a junkie in a public toilet. There was also very little space to keep toiletries and nowhere to put the bar of soap so we just left it in the sink. Room was clean, bed comfy, staff helpful, just couldn’t stand the decor or lack of natural light in the room on arrival which is just a personal opinion after all.
