Seria 5 estrelas sem o gerente da propriedade. Tudo é incrível: arquitetura, design, localização, preços, vistas, som de construção, vizinhos etc. Infelizmente, o gerente da propriedade é uma dor de cabeça sem fim que trata as residências como um inconveniente. O prédio é um banco antigo, o que é incrível, até você perceber que o gerente o trata como um cliente do banco. Carla não tem respeito pelas pessoas, o que é triste, porque os vizinhos são alguns dos melhores que eu já tive, respeitosos, gentis, quietos, amigáveis. Espere que todas as suas ações, perguntas e comunicações sejam recebidas com desdém.

Very nice hotel pequeno localizado em uma localização absoluta superior. Quartos modernos, vagas de estacionamento suficientes para todos os hóspedes e preços razoáveis pela qualidade. Sempre vai ficar aqui quando estou em Nashville. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Uau! Excelente lugar para ficar enquanto visita Nashville. 1- O serviço ao cliente foi excelente. Embora nunca houvesse uma pessoa na recepção, o atendimento ao cliente era o melhor. Eu tive um pequeno pedido no meu primeiro dia e liguei para o # fornecido e, para minha surpresa, eles responderam imediatamente. Tão bom, amigável e educado também e nunca me fez sentir como se eu fosse um incômodo ou inconveniente. 2- O apartamento estava limpo! Eu sou uma aberração limpa e este lugar era super limpo. 3-Era tão espaçoso e confortável, com muitas janelas e luz. Um design moderno legal. 4- Estacionamento gratuito e seguro. 5- Localização foi ótima. Foi um passeio de Uber de 2 a 3 minutos até a faixa principal da Broadway ou você pode pegar uma scooter Lime ou Byrd que parecia estar em toda parte. Não andamos apenas porque estava muito quente quando estávamos lá. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente!

Me alojé durante el fin de semana de Acción de Gracias y no podría estar más feliz. El registro de entrada automático es muy sencillo y la habitación se veía increíble. Solo tuve un pequeño problema con el televisor Roku y el conserje se apresuró a venir y restablecerlo por nosotros. Ojalá pudiéramos quedarnos más tiempo 👍👍👍

Increíble lugar para quedarse. Muy limpio y silencioso. Realmente disfruté de mi estadía y Felicia fue muy amable y servicial. Ella hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más placentera posible. La ubicación estaba cerca de todo lo que queríamos hacer en el centro. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Muy agradable, amable y educado, y nunca me hizo sentir como una molestia o inconveniente. 2- ¡El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio! Soy un fanático de la limpieza y este lugar estaba súper limpio. 3-Era tan espacioso y cómodo con muchas ventanas y luz. Un diseño moderno y genial. 4- Estacionamiento GRATUITO y seguro. 5- La ubicación fue genial. Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and couldn't be happier. Self check-in is a breeze and the room looked amazing! Only had a little trouble with the Roku TV and the concierge was quick to come by and reset it for us. Wish we could stay longer 👍👍👍

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and Felicia was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The location was near everything we wanted to do downtown. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Outstanding place to stay while visiting Nashville. 1- Customer service was excellent. Even though there was never a person at the front desk the customer service was the best. I had a small request on my first day and called the # provided, and to my surprise, they responded immediately. So nice, friendly and polite too and never made me feel like I was a nuisance or inconvenience. 2- The apartment was sparkling clean! I'm a clean freak and this place was super clean. 3-It was so spacious and comfy with lots of windows and light. A cool modern design. 4- FREE and secure parking. 5- Location was great. It was a 2-3 minute Uber ride to the main Broadway strip or you can take a Lime or Byrd scooter which seemed to be everywhere. We didn't walk only because it was so hot when we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

Sería 5 estrellas sin el administrador de la propiedad. Todo es sorprendente: arquitectura, diseño, ubicación, precios, vistas, sonido del edificio, vecinos, etc. Desafortunadamente, el administrador de la propiedad es un dolor de cabeza interminable que trata las residencias como un inconveniente. El edificio es un banco antiguo, lo cual es sorprendente, hasta que te das cuenta de que el gerente te trata como a un cliente bancario. Carla tiene cero respeto por las personas, lo cual es triste porque los vecinos son algunos de los mejores que he tenido, respetuosos, amables, tranquilos y amigables. Espere que todas sus acciones, preguntas y comunicaciones se encuentren con desdén.

Would be 5-star without the property manager. Everything is amazing: architecture, design, location, prices, views, building sound, neighbors, etc. Unfortunately the property manager is a never ending headache who treats the residences like an inconvenience. The building is an old bank, which is amazing, until you realize the manager treats you like a bank customer. Carla has zero respect for people, which is sad because the neighbors are some of the best I've ever had, respectful, kind, quiet, friendly. Expect your every action, question, and communication to be meet with disdain.
