Um hotel realmente ótimo! Nós fomos autorizados a passar uma noite de nossa lua de mel no hotel. Já na chegada uau! O quarto (assim como alguns outros andares) foi recentemente reformado e tem uma ótima aparência. Pétalas de rosa e uma garrafa de champanhe nos aguardavam na própria sala. A equipe da A-Z está feliz e muito motivada. Até mesmo um ótimo serviço de quarto. Não sabemos o que poderia ser melhorado, daí a classificação de 5 estrelas.

¡Un gran hotel! Se nos permitió pasar una noche de nuestra luna de miel en el hotel. Ya a la llegada ¡guau! La habitación (así como algunos otros pisos) está recientemente renovada y se ve muy bien. Pétalos de rosa y una botella de champán nos esperaban en la misma habitación. El personal de A-Z está feliz y muy motivado. Incluso un gran servicio de habitaciones. No sabemos qué podría mejorarse, de ahí la calificación de 5 estrellas.

Após a reforma, este hotel é o lugar mais acolhedor da cidade. O café da manhã é muito simples e primitivo. Mas ainda não é ruim. Qualquer um pode encontrar algo para si mesmo. Absolutamente pessoal de apoio e positivo. Hotel está localizado muito bom. No centro, perto da estação da equipe. 10. minutos até o lago. 25 min leva até o aeroporto

After renovation this hotel is the coziest place in the city. Breakfasts are too simple and primitive. But yet not bad. Anybody can find something for himself. Absolutely supporting and positive personnel.
Hotel is located very good. In the center, near team station. 10.minutes till lake. 25 min takes till airport

Like almost every Saturday I have shown up again for my cup of coffee. Today the waitress added the little extra an apple for my day. What a treat!!!I love to go threre on weekends for a plain cup of coffee. The waitress treats me like a family friend

Checkin and checkout was very efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal to explore Zurich, walking distance from tram and train station.

The hotel itself is good no doubt but very bad staff not helpful at all they don’t know know how to handle the staff , they have the check out time at 12 pm and at the same time the staff has gone for their lunch all of them not a single person to help you with your stuff and the breakfast not much choices plus when we checked in at around 4:30 or 5 pm there was no one just one person sitting in the reception no one to take you to your room or help you with your luggage , the wash basin was blocked and when we called the reception he asked us to wait until next morning coz he said he was alone and he cannot leave the table, I mean come on such a big hotel with just one stafff working 👎

El hotel está muy bien. El desayuno bien. Lo peor que nos pilló en plena ola de calor a principios deagosto y como no tiene aire acondicionado hacía calor y con la ventana abierta se oía el tranvía por lo que descansamos regular, pero es que esas temperaturas que nos pillaron nos las sufren allí.
