Passamos 4 noites aqui e realmente apreciamos a localização central e o fácil acesso do apartamento. A escolha de restaurantes e cafés é tão grande que às vezes pode ser difícil decidir. Mas há algo para todos. Quem gosta de petiscar e passear está em boas mãos aqui. Existem duas estações de metro a uma curta distância. A partir daqui também pode caminhar até ao Castelo de S. Jorge em 15 minutos.O apartamento em si oferece tudo o que o turista precisa. Não faltou nada. As camas e os colchões muito confortáveis eram particularmente agradáveis. A cozinha também está totalmente equipada. E conosco, cada quarto tinha um banheiro separado. As janelas também são novas e evitam o barulho da rua para que você possa dormir à noite. O ar condicionado era da Lg, aparentemente recém-instalado e silencioso como um gato com patas de veludo.No entanto, eu não chamaria o apartamento de um apartamento de luxo. Aqueles que chegam com essa suposição ficarão desapontados. Nossa porta só podia ser aberta por dentro com a chave porque a maçaneta estava com defeito. Se você esquecer a chave na fechadura externa, não poderá sair do apartamento. Tínhamos buracos na parede do banheiro e as luzes de LED do piso estavam parcialmente quebradas. A luz do teto estava tão escura em alguns quartos que não precisava ser acesa.Em suma, atendeu bem ao seu propósito e a relação preço-desempenho estava certa.

Pero hay algo para todos. Aquellos a los que les guste picar algo y pasear están en buenas manos aquí. Hay dos estaciones de metro a poca distancia. Desde aquí también puede caminar hasta el Castelo de S. Jorge en 15 minutos.El apartamento en sí ofrece todo lo que el turista necesita. No nos faltó nada. Las camas y los colchones muy cómodos eran especialmente agradables. La cocina también está totalmente equipada. Y con nosotros, cada habitación tenía un baño separado. Las ventanas también son nuevas y mantienen bien el ruido de la calle para que pueda dormir por la noche. El aire acondicionado era de LG, aparentemente recién instalado y tan silencioso como un gato con patas de terciopelo.Sin embargo, no llamaría al apartamento un apartamento de lujo. Quienes lleguen con este supuesto quedarán decepcionados. Nuestra puerta solo se pudo abrir desde adentro con la llave porque el pomo estaba defectuoso. Si olvida la llave en la cerradura exterior, no podrá salir del apartamento. Teníamos agujeros en la pared del baño y algunas de las luces LED del piso estaban rotas. La luz del techo estaba tan oscura en algunas habitaciones que no era necesario encenderla.Con todo, cumplió bien su propósito y la relación precio-rendimiento fue correcta.

We arrived to check in at the agreed upon time, after confirming our arrival in advance. The agents did not answer their phone. We learned from the tour guides on the street that it was closed by police 10 days ago. They failed to mention that when we discussed arrival with them 2 days ago.

Apartamento muito bom, mas gestão muito decepcionante. Tivemos que esperar até as 15h para fazer o check-in e assim que chegamos lá o cara pediu que voltássemos às 18h porque ainda não tinha limpo. A cozinha está mal equipada, parece que foi posta apenas por questão de estética.

Muy lindo apartamento pero muy decepcionante administración. Tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3 pm para registrarnos y una vez que llegamos allí, el chico nos pidió que volviéramos a las 6 pm porque todavía no habían limpiado. La cocina está mal equipada, parece haber sido puesta solo por estética.

Nos costó contactar con ellos. Buena ubicación. Apartamento amplio. Quizá tocaría pintar y cambiar el sofá. El aire acondicionado enfría poco.

Great value for your money. Very lovely well appointed apartments. Very central location for a first time visit to Lisbon. Very friendly helpful hosts too. Do yourself a favor though and look for restaurants at least a few blocks away, the ones just around this apartment are tourist traps and the food isn't the greatest. If you want more authentic Portuguese food and service, walking a few blocks will make the world of difference. Definitely recommend this apartment though, well worth the price paid.

The owners have taken an old building in the heart of Lisbon's Baixa and renovated the inside into clean, modern, luxurious apartments. Ours began with an entryway. From this a doorway lead to huge room with a kitchen at one end, then an eating area, wardrobe and finally a sofa bed facing a TV. A second exit from the entryway was a hallway leading to a spacious bathroom and - at the end of the hall - a bedroom. The pictures on this site are an accurate representation of what the rooms look like. The ceilings are high, the floors are wood and everything is clean and attractive. The air conditioning works really well. We kept the bedroom at 23 degrees but our niece, who was sleeping on the sofa bed kept her room at a brisk 19 degrees (brr!). The soundproofing between the inside and outside was excellent. We were often surprised when we left the building at how noisy it was, because none of that penetrated the walls and windows. The soundproofing between floors was not as good and we could sometimes hear the guests on the floor above ours walking around, but not so much as to disturb us. We found Marta to be extremely helpful in many ways, including arranging transportation to and from the airport. My wife's only comment was that they need hooks on the back of the bathroom door. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We arrived in Lisbon as our 1st of 5 stops in Europe. The location of this apartment is incredible. Located in Baixa, we spent 2 days exploring the wonderful city of Lisbon. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable for a family of 5. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!!
