hotel mangers ruin our last day of trip, the hotel manager is rude and insulting behavior .she almost say get out in there place without any reason , these hotel misuse tourists for simple things with extra charges. They need more money in final payment for stupid reasons. Pls don’t go there . It’s a big lesson in our life . They give us a old item and at later they need money for buying new one. I don’t no why people do like this !!!!!!’nn

The hotel don’t have an elevator for a 5 store building 😏. You will have to carry all your lagage your own as they don’t provide any help. I don’t know how these hotel is classified as 4 star ???
The hotel room is still ok and staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful.
You will have to be extremely careful during checkout since they will come up with simple things / odd findings in the room to make you pay big amount just before your flight. I think the hotel owner is making money by stealing people like this since I can see similar reviews below.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the lady owner came with extra bill just before our checkout with some simple odd reasons.
I would recommend not to select this hotel as there is plenty of good hotels available in Tbilisi town.

Olá, fiquei 3 noites com a minha família. Staffs são muito rudes. Especialmente a recepcionista é muito rude. Mais um acho que o café da manhã não é bom em tudo. É serviço zero. Eles não têm mensageiro para carregar as malas e nem elevadores para levar os crachás para o quarto andar. Eu carrego meu eu. Hotel de serviço ruim. Por favor, evite reservar este hotel.

Hola, estuve con mi familia 3 noches. El personal es muy, muy grosero. Especialmente la recepcionista es taaan de mala educación. Uno más piensa que el desayuno no es nada bueno. Es servicio cero. No tienen botones para llevar las maletas ni ascensores para llevar las insignias al cuarto piso. Yo me llevo yo mismo. Hotel de mal servicio. Evite reservar este hotel.

Hi, I was stayed with my family 3 nights. Staffs are very very rude. Specially receptionist is soo rude. One more think breakfast is not good at all. It is zero service. They don’t have bell boy to carry the bags & no elevators to take the badges to forth floor. I have carries my self. Bad service hotel. Please avoid to book this hotel.

O edifício do hotel é bom, mas os quartos não eram limpos. Havia uma teia de aranha no canto do meu quarto e as camas não eram lavadas. Não cheirava a limpo, havia manchas amarelas e migalhas nele, e eu encontrei pequenos insetos marrom-escuros na cama e em lugares aleatórios do quarto. Parece uma infestação. A equipe foi muito gentil no começo, mas depois a mulher com o cabelo branco curto começou a ser rude e me repreendeu por ter perdido minha chave quando eu estava voltando para o meu quarto de hotel (que eu não perdi e não tinha intenção de) e exigiu que eu contasse ela o número do meu quarto enquanto eu estava subindo as escadas. Depois desse incidente, eu sempre recebia olhares dela enquanto eu passava. Me senti muito julgado. O café da manhã não foi tão bom quanto anunciado também. Em geral, eu não ficaria aqui novamente. O pessoal é muito infantil e pouco profissional, e os lençóis sujos são desagradáveis.

El edificio del hotel es bonito, pero las habitaciones no estaban limpias. Había una telaraña en la esquina de mi habitación y las camas no estaban lavadas. No olía a limpio, tenía manchas amarillas y migas, y encontré pequeños bichos de color marrón oscuro en la cama y en lugares aleatorios de la habitación. Parece una plaga. El personal fue muy amable al principio, pero luego la mujer con el pelo corto y blanco comenzó a ser grosera y me regañó por perder mi llave cuando regresaba a mi habitación de hotel (que no perdí y no tenía intención de hacerlo) y exigió que se lo dijera. ella mi número de habitación cuando iba arriba. Después de ese incidente, siempre recibí miradas de ella mientras pasaba. Me sentí muy juzgado. El desayuno no era tan bueno como lo anunciaban. En general, no me quedaría aquí de nuevo. El personal es demasiado infantil y poco profesional, y las sábanas sin lavar son desagradables.

The hotel building is nice but the rooms were not clean. There was a spider web in the corner of my room and the beds were not washed. It didn’t smell clean, there were yellow spots and crumbs in it, and I found little dark brown bugs in bed and in random places of the room. Seems like an infestation. The staff was very sweet at first but then the woman with the short white hair started being rude and scolded me about losing my key as I was returning to my hotel room (which I did not lose and had no intent to) and demanded I tell her my room number as I was going upstairs. After that incident, I always got glares from her as I walked by. Felt very judged. The breakfast was not as good as advertised too. Overall I would not stay here again. The staff is too childish and unprofessional, and the unwashed sheets are unpleasant.
