El camino al hotel es angosto, pero cuando miramos el Hotel, Dios mío es magnífico, nos olvidamos de la carretera RS, que está a solo 5 min o no. Aprovechamos la piscina climatizada, el spa y todo fue perfecto. Desayuno completo, simpatía 10. Al aire libre, naturaleza no hay ruido en absoluto, muy tranquilo, nos encanta. Fueron mis años y no podría haber sido mejor, como lo imaginaba ''.

The road to the hotel is narrow, but when we look at the Hotel, my god it's magnificent, we forget about the RS road, which is only 5 min or not. We took advantage of the heated pool, the spa and everything was perfect. Full breakfast, sympathy 10. Outdoor, nature there is no noise at all, very calm, we love it. It was my years and it couldn't have been better, as it was as I imagined.'

A estrada até o hotel é estreita, mas quando damos de vista para o Hotel meu deus é magnífico esquecemos até a estrada RS q tbm é só 5 min ou nem isso.
Aproveitamos a piscina aquecida, o spa e foi tudo perfeito.
Café da manhã completinho mesmo, simpatia 10.
Ar livre , natureza não há barulhos tudo mto calmo, adoramos.
Foi meus anos e não poderia ter sido melhor, pois foi como eu imaginava.❤️

Varios factores nos decepcionaron. El acceso al espacio solo cabe un coche. Rara vez ve a alguien durante el día, ya que los empleados pasan el día limpiando y, por lo tanto, no pueden tener tiempo para atender a los clientes. Cena no comestible. La habitación olía a humedad y tenía colillas de cigarrillos de clientes anteriores. Lo único que se nota es la amabilidad de los empleados.

We were disappointed by several factors. Access to space only fits one car. You rarely see anyone during the day as employees spend the day cleaning up and therefore cannot have time to serve customers. Inedible dinner. The room smelled musty and had cigarette butts from previous customers. The only thing that gets out is the friendliness of the employees.

Ficámos decepcionados por diversos fatores. O acesso ao espaço só cabe um carro. Raramente se vê alguém durante o dia pois os funcionarios passam o dia a fazer a limpeza e portanto não podem ter tempo para atender os clientes. Jantar intragável. O quarto cheirava a mofo e tinha beatas de cigarro dos clientes anteriores. A unica coisa que safa é mesmo a simpatia das funcionarias.

Local lindo e pacífico,excelentes quartos e funcionários! Só é pena não terem acessibilidade para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou cadeira de rodas!Foram muito atenciosos em querer ajudar a carregar a cadeira de rodas mas havendo acessos não há necessidade para tal.De resto...para descansar recomendo 100%!!

Amplia habitación con una hermosa vista. Hotel en una zona muy tranquila. Piscina climatizada excepcional. También incluye Hammam Sauna Jacuzzi. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Falta sólo un restaurante, se ofrece comida de socorro pero nada excepcional. los restaurantes más cercanos están a 10min en coche

Hermosa y tranquila ubicación, excelentes habitaciones y personal. Es una pena que no tengan accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida o sillas de ruedas! Estuvieron muy atentos al querer ayudar a cargar la silla de ruedas, pero no hay necesidad de dicho acceso. De lo contrario ... para descansar, recomiendo 100% !!

Beautiful and peaceful location, excellent rooms and staff! It's just a pity they don't have accessibility for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs! They were very attentive in wanting to help load the wheelchair, but there is no need for such access. Otherwise... for rest, I recommend 100%!!

Visited this beautiful nearly new hotel twice within two months. surrounded by nature, magical views & all the comfort we needed. We had a wonderful bonding & relaxing experience with the family even though the weather was not always great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.
