Infelizmente, meu hotel normal estava lotado, então mudei para o menor dos hotéis NH em Berlim. O que posso dizer? Quartos enormes, um ótimo café da manhã e uma equipe excelente. E o melhor: os quartos são extremamente silenciosos, mesmo se você estiver no centro da cidade. Absolutamente merecido 5 estrelas.

A equipe foi muito simpática, I principalmente Falou apenas um guy que foi o tempo todo. Quarto era muito grande (quarto familiar) para a nossa filha tinha muito espaço para jogar. Cama foi confortáveis e sofás e cadeiras também. Mesa pequena para comer. A cozinha estava bem equipada para cozinhar coisas simples. Utensílios de cozinha e talheres estava limpo. Todo o hotel poderia usar uma renovação. Algumas coisas parecem um pouco antigas. O banheiro era ok, mas eu não gosto de tomar banho na banheira. Algumas coisas estavam quebradas, como o cofre (muito inconveniente) e o freezer na cozinha. Então também o quarto parecia muito quente. Nós resolvemos isso principalmente ao desligar os radiadores (sem AC) e abrir as janelas quando estávamos fora durante o dia. Ainda estava quente embora. Eu esperava mais modernização de um NH Hotel.

Conforto e limpeza: ok ATENÇÃO : - o pessoal do hotel está ausente após as 22:30 - Tudo é eletrónico (código de acesso, cofre com as chaves, chaves magnéticas, ...). Conclusão: ficamos 20 minutos presos no frio, em frente à entrada, esperando que alguém nos trouxesse uma chave de trabalho para abrir a porta do nosso quarto!

Estávamos indo para Berlim por 6 dias, então queríamos um lugar que nos permitisse alguma independência. Nós reservamos um quarto aqui porque era quase um apartamento em seu próprio direito. Temos a suíte, o que na verdade não significa que seja mais luxuosa, é só que a sala está separada da cozinha e da sala de estar. A cozinha foi totalmente equipada, mas para a máquina de lavar louça, que estava fora de uso. Para compensar isso, a casa lavaria todos os pratos que usamos. Para mim, a melhor característica do hotel foi a sua localização, que era uma espécie de perto de tudo e nós vamos conectado com um ônibus próximo e paragens de metro. Uma coisa que você deve estar ciente é que a recepção está perto de 2200, então não perca sua chave ou você não será capaz de entrar no prédio.

Mais um albergue do que um hotel. Quarto praticamente tinha um apartamento com uma cozinha. Não há outros serviços. Sem catering, sem café da manhã ... nada

Hotel em uma ótima localização. mas se está quente lá fora, eu sou GUAI, porque não está equipado com ar condicionado: os 33 graus externos também estavam no apartamento, onde você mal podia ficar à noite. Para o resto, após uma deflação inicial, brilhantemente resolvida (a nosso pedido) no dia seguinte, pode-se gabar a limpeza diária do apartamento e os pontos de ônibus e metrô a poucos passos de distância. A equipe provou ser gentil e eficiente. Se eles colocassem os condicionadores, seria ótimo.

Estuvimos 5 noches dos dias no habia frutaen el desayuno , las tarjetasde la puerta de lahabitacion se desactivabancada dos por tres la recepcion estaba cerrada por la noche , lo mejor una chica portuguesa en la recepcion que hablaba medio español y te podias entender

Buena atención por parte del servicio. Tienen servicio de transporte para el aeropuerto. Los apartamentos con cocina son ideales para ahorrar un poco y no comer siempre fuera. Ninguna pega.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. With a full kitchen, it's essentially like an Airbnb but better since there are staff on site. Plus, it was nearly half the cost of what was available via Airbnb during our stay in Berlin. The room is more like a small apartment. The location is super quiet, yet very well located in Kruezberg.The only minor complaint is the cleanliness of the carpet and a faint smell each time we came back into the room.

We were going to Berlin for 6 days, so.we wanted a place that would allows us some independence. We booked a room here because it was almost a apartment in its own right. We got the suite,which it really doesn't mean that it's more luxurious, it's just that the room it's separated from the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen was fully fitted but for the dishwasher, that was out of use. To compensate for this, the house keeping would wash all the dishes we used. To me the best feature of the hotel was its location, which was kind of close from everything and we'll connected with a close bus and metro stops. One thing you should be aware of is that the reception it's close past 2200, so don't loose your key or you won't be able to enter the building 😉

The place is very nice and the location is super. Too bad for the bald guy at the reception welcoming us in a very impolite wayand insulting us for no reason... he must not enjoy nightlife in Berlin :)

Didn't expect a full apartment but was happy to find out it was. Has all the basic needs, 10 minute walk from a underground (subway/Ubahn) parking was a bit difficult, but still taken care of. Didn't eat breakfast here, as we never do in hotels. Friendly staff and it was no problem arriving late in the evening. They made our stay close to perfect with a special beverage in our room (as requested)

La habitación era muy amplia, con cocina y sofá. La cocina tenía lo básico. Aunque todo estaba muy limpio el suelo es de moqueta y se nota que es viejo. El colchón y las almohadas demasiado blandos. La ducha no funcionaba del todo bien.En la recepción fueron muy amables

El sitio está bien, pero tiene malos detalles que hacen que te sientas incómodo (No tiene tostadora ni mesa para comer, pero tiene mesa de trabajo). La zona de cocina está mal equipada (vajilla y cubiertos insuficientes). Por lo demás, muy confortable. El trato, amable.

Staff was very friendly, I mostly spoke to only one guy that was there the whole time. Room was very big (family room) so our daughter had plenty of space to play. Bed was comfortable and the couches and chairs too. Small table to eat at. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple things. Kitchenware and tableware was clean.
The whole hotel could use a renovation. Some things look a bit old. Bathroom was ok but I don't like showering in the bathtub. Some things were broken, like the safe locker (very inconvenient) and the freezer in the kitchen. Then also the room felt very hot. We solved this mostly by turning down the radiators (no AC) and open the windows when we were gone during the day. It was still warm though. I expected more modernization from an NH Hotel.

Es un hotel céntrico ( 20 min andando de Alexanderplatz, 2 paradas de metro)) en el barrio turco, en una plaza algo escondido y gracias a ello muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones muy grandes, con cocina y menaje. Limpieza correcta. Y personal de recepción agradable ( la persona que está por las mañanas habla español mejor que yo..).Supermercados y buenos sitios para comer por la zona. No se puede pedir más. Para repetir.

I have to agree with others...
For the same price as a another hotel, you get a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a big bathroom. We got a very nice rate for 4 nights and therefore decided for this option, and we encountered a nice surprise.
We have got the additional bed and no complaints. Much better than other bunk beds by far.
The pillows and bed were very nice in the bedroom and it is well appreciated the wardrobe space in both the bedroom and entrance hallway.
The kitchen was equipped with small fridge, stove, dishes, cutlery and some pans. Enough for a small dinner or breakfast. The dishwasher was broken, but the lovely staff would get clean what you have used.
The kitchen is particularly useful when you have an EDEKA and ALDI just a few steps away.
The breakfast was a bit pricey though, 17€ for adults and about 9€ for kids. Nonetheless, was good enough.
We encountered some minor problems with the room, but only cosmetically. I had a laugh a the squashed mosquitos at the 3mt tall ceiling in the bedroom :)
The neighborhood was also nice. There’s a bus stop (147) right in front, so you don’t have to walk too far away, and this bus will take you to the main avenue where you can have a pleasant walk to Berlin’s monuments, or take one of the many buses which will give you a tour around the city (100/200).
I would definitely stay here again.
