Tive uma experiência agradável no Hotel Mercure Lisboa na minha estadia de Dezembro 2020. Apesar de me sentir com coração apertado pois as restrições devido ao COVID-19 limitaram um pouco a vivacidade característica deste grupo de hotéis que já nos tinham habituado. Senti falta daquela outra dose de conforto. Mas o resto está tudo lá: o profissionalismo, alegria, simpatia e senso de bom servir do pessoal, o conforto dos quartos com suas camas macias de lençóis de algodão e de almofadas fofas, proporcionado um descanso e sono de anjos, e tudo o resto ainda está lá. É ainda o lugar para se sentir em casa fora de casa.

When you look at their pictures on accrohotels, you think you will have a decent room. However, you will find those horrible facilities. We did ask for a renovated room as on the pictures but the staff told us the pictures were taken 20 years ago. If we move to another room, the condition is probably same. So be aware of it! If we knew it, we would never book this hotel and spend money on a outdated "4 stars hotel".

Nice stay at this hotel despite he isn't not well positionned regarding the city center but only 10 minutes from airport. Not a large choice of restaurants in the neighborhoods (mainly chinese restaurants).
Rooms are clean and confortable.
Last, I though the pandemic situation is well managed but means the swimming pool is obviously not open!

Sin ningun lujo de detalles pero comodo, y bien comunicado a pocos metros hay estacion de metro, autobus y tren. En 5 paradas estas en el centro de Lisboa. Recomendable seguro.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, but rooms urgently need renovation. Hotel is not eco-friendly despite claiming to be so on flyers in the room. I used this hotel for 3 nights in March 2019. Staff at all times was very friendly and trying to help. I also enjoyed the breakfast. However, the room had a very bad smell, there was mold underneath the wall paper (which was loosening itself from the wall) at various spots, mold in the bathroom, the tap was not easy-going, water temperature was not stable during showering etc. Eco-friendliness was advertised in the room, but seemed to only come through in aspects were the hotel profits from: not enough warm water in the shower, paper cups for coffee instead of having to clean cups etc. Apart from that, the hotel offered amenities like shower gel, shampoo etc.. Unfortunately, the cleaning maids always disposed everything that was just used once. A huge unnecessary waste without any sense. Even the towels that were hung up, were exchanged. Unnecessary waste again. On top, there was a really extreme bad smell in the room. The room (8.12) was located underneath the swimming pool area which is on 9th floor, so maybe there were issues with humidity coming from that. The smell was hard to bear, even for me and I do not have a sensitive nose. You could sometimes already smell it stepping out from the elevator to the 8th floow. So should you have to go to this hotel, try to avoid the rooms on the 8th floor.

Lovely hotel, we absolutely loved the room, the furniture, the bathroom and the bed was so confortable. We got free water and the stuff was so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is so, brilliant, so many choices, the breakfast itself is 5 stars. Only negative point: they didn't serve lunch. We had to walk 5 minutes to their partner hotel Novotel.
