Hotel bastante central e confortável. Aluguer de motos e bicicletas a 1 min a pé,nas traseiras do hotel. Não recomendo o restaurante do hotel pois a comida deixou muito a desejar.

A las 7 de la mañana los albañiles comenzaban faena. Imposible dormir.Pesima insonorización.Desayuno buffet pasable. Las fotos de las habitaciones y de las zonas comunes, no se corresponden con la realidad. A ser posible no se alojen aquí, en Roma se pueden encontrar hoteles mejores por el mismo precio. El precio del hotel no se justifica y menos su categoría de 4 estrellas

Cannot even believe this place is ranked close to 4 stars. The staff really didn't seem to care about a ton or superb customer service. We had booked a standard room, so we knew it'd be small / not have a view, but as we walked the dated, dirty, smelly hallways to the tiny room we began to fear what else we might be in store for. We walked into a shoebox of a room, with A/C that didn't work even during it's allowed run times (after 6pm, which we didn't know was a thing until after we checked out). The room was not only dated with stained wallpaper, dusty floors and surfaces, mirrors to dated and clouded we couldn't use them, chipped and old furniture, a safe that didn't work it was so old, a bathroom with a dirty counter and half used bath products.Would highly recommend booking another hotel or cancelling and booking elsewhere if you have a stay currently planned.

Although well located, this hotel was a very bad experience. They have a policy of providing NO air conditioning after 6 pm (essentially when you are in the room), the cleaning staff is terrible, they did not pick up and the laundry that I tried to bring to the front desk but was told to leave in the room in a bag labeled "laundry", which was left on the unmade bed, the bar is permanently closed. The staff is rude and uncommunicative. I will say the bed was comfortable though.

Imperial Hotel. The location is good. The room and the bathroom are good. What spoiled the vacation is their air conditioner policy. The air conditioner works only from 18:00 to 03:00 and from 06:00 to 09. All the advantage of a hotel in the city center is erased. You cannot rest at noon in the room's air conditioner. Even the air conditioner in the lobby is weak and unpleasant. I will not come to this hotel again

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Great location, but awful experience. The staff, with the exception of 2 people were extremely rude. The guy who apparently runs the dining room needs to learn basic hospitality and the front desk staff needs to learn what good customer service is. Our room was never throroughly cleaned and the floor was always filthy from day one. Our room had a regular twin bed and an XL twin bed in front of a king sized headboard. They even had the beds made separately and pushed together. The food was okay. They did have a nice breakfast spread. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel. This was the pretty much the only bad experience we had while in Rome.

The employees at the Hotel Imperiale were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was comfortable enough. The bathroom has little to desire. Between a full size jet stream tub, a toilet, sink with a rather large counter (which is usually a good thing, but not in such a small bathroom) and they also have a pidet. Be extremely careful getting in and out of the tub. If you fall, you will most definitely bang into everything on the way down. Why not just put in a shower stall?

Very friendly staff. Open 24 hours so you can get a room anytime. Fresh and tasty breakfast buffet. Situated in the middle of Rome, all the interesting places are near. Do not forget to visit the park just above the stairs very close to the hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever visited. Our experience was terrible. We had a "do not disturb" sign on our door yet housekeeping came in and money was later missing. The front desk tried to cover it up, unbeknownst to them that I understand Italian so I understood their whole cover up mission. The food was awful, too. You could get better food from a can...of Alpo.Do not stay here.

La habitación vieja, la cama supletoria impresentable, se limita a un sillón de uso individual desplegado con un ancho que no da ni para girarte y clavándote todo el somier. La limpieza en baños inexistente y con olor fuerte a orina, la habitación muy ruidosa por los coches y restaurante al lado. Muy elevado el precio para lo que te encuentras. Nada recomendable

Great location and good breakfast, nice lobby area. Our bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Spa wasn't working and this information should be posted on the hotel website. How can you advertise place with spa if its not available for the guests. No iron is the hotel so better bring one with you 🙄 this is not acceptable for 4 star hotel. Its very old hotel with super old furniture so don't expect luxury but we had nice stay and location was just great.

Bastante buen desayuno, pero si estas una semana se hace repetitivo. Las habitaciones necesitan amor y cariño: los muebles, el baño... La habitación para 3 MUY pequeña. Además solo tenía 2 enchufes y el del baño! La señal WiFi llegaba MUY justo. Bastante cercano a muchos sitios. El personal es bastante poco amable, con alguna excepción

Situación perfecta. Personal de recepción muy amable. Cuando algo no funciona,lo reparan inmediatamente. Las camareras de las habitaciones son más bien descuidadas y aunque las habitaciones están limpias,dejan pijamas y camisones tirados encima de la mesilla de noche o sobre una silla sin ningún cuidado.A pesar de eso llevo años viniendo y volveré sin ninguna duda

Nos alojamos en julio 2019, en este hotel 4 noches. La ubicación fantástica a 10 minutos a pie de la Fontana di Trevi. El hotel esta bien, limpio, el desayuno buffet regular, el café no vale nada. Las habitaciones limpias pero antiguas. Siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas en Roma, te esperas algo más moderno. Personal amable y atento, muy educado

TERRIBLE!!!! Sin acceso para discapacitados. El hotel huele a cloaca y a comida mezclados. Un ascensor de hace 40años, de 6 plazas, para TODO el hotel. El desayuno frío y con un café que es agua sucia. El comedor tan pequeño que te marcan ellos la hora de desayuno aunque esté ya abierto porque sino no cabe todo el mundo. Para llegar a la habitación tienes que pasar por un laberinto de pasillos y escaleras. La calefacción de la habitación no bajaba de 25 grados y hacía tanto calor que provocaba dolor de cabeza, el termostato no funcionaba y no servía para nada. La bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba y encima estaba picada y llena de restos en los picotazos. Para entrar al baño lo tenías que hacer de lado porque la puerta chocaba con el lavabo. Desde luego no vale lo que cuesta. Jamás recomendaría a nadie este hotel por muy bien situado que esté. He estado en hostales con mucho más valor que este hotel. Quizás hace 40 años era un gran hotel pero ahora mismo se nota que no han invertido en mejorar las instalaciones. Pésima experiencia.

Muy buena ubicación. Personal de recepción y restaurante muy amables y atentos. Todo está muy limpio y con buen olor en las zonas comunes. Los desayunos son de tipo buffet y hay de todo (bollería, fruta, embutido, cereales, tostadas, tomate para las tostadas, mantequilla, mermeladas, ...). El hotel es muy silencioso, a pesar de tener mucha gente. Sin duda, si volviese a Roma volvería a este hotel que recomiendo a todo el mundo.
