Recently stayed at Home2Suites in Nashville and have never had a better experience at a hotel. The hospitality shown at this location made our trip so memorable. All of the staff was great, but I would like to specifically call out Kevon. Kevon was spectacular. It was our friend's birthday and Kevon and staff went out of their way to show her birthday love. Kevon sang "happy birthday" and took time out of the busy day to check in with us and make us feel like the only guests in the hotel. What a great vibe and close to Broadway. If/ when I return to Nashville, I will stay at Home2Suites. Kevon is a shining star!

Impressed beyond belief! The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff was so accommodating and friendy and the location is amazing! Huge shout out to KEVON! Kevon made morning breakfast so fun. We looked forward to his fun and over the top personality and singing.
Couldn't have loved Kevon and that hotel any more. Do yourself a favor... stay here!

So glad we chose this location as our Nashville hotel! I could go down a list of everything that is great about this property. The amazing staff started it off when we got in from our flight much earlier than check-in, we were going to ask if there was a place to store luggage until check-in but much to our surprise they had a room ready for us! The lobby is very impressive with so much space and activities- also a huge selection of snacks and drinks to be purchased. We were continually impressed the next day with the free breakfast options! So much to choose from! As mentioned all of the staff was amazing but Kevon is truly a valuable asset to your team! He was the sunshine Nashville was missing on a cloudy day ♡

Nice employees working the front desk. Complimentary bottled water upon check-in. Extra security when accessing the building at night as you needed your key card to get in past 10pm. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I liked having the small kitchenette for use. It was a great location, like an 8 minute walk to Broadway but also great restaurants right around the block to check out. Overall, I felt very safe staying here solo.

Stayed 5 nights on business in August 2022. This hotel has many good features: It’s fairly new; lobby, hallways and room were very clean; nice game area; fast Wifi; free breakfast; fast elevators; nice pool area; Large rooms with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and real dishes; short walk to convention center and plenty of restaurants; far enough from Broadway to be away from the noise. I couldn’t give 5 stars due to I was put in one of the rooms on the second floor (206) that is next to the pool area. Couldn’t open my blinds or people could see in. Music plays in the pool area ALL NIGHT LONG. A manager said he would try to do something about it but the system played through the whole building and couldn’t be turned off after hours. Had to use ear plugs so I could sleep. Breakfast has lots of choices but some of them are only mediocre. Avoid the eggs and oatmeal. Fresh pancakes and waffles are good. $39 per night for parking is rather steep. But the garage is convenient with easy access.
I would stay there again as long as I had a different room.

Lovely hotel! The staff is great and super friendly. Reshma and Gregg really helped me out. Andrew aka "Lemo" is a shining star. What a joy it was to see his smiling face each morning. He is eager to help and super professional. If he wants to continue in the hotel business, management should keep their eye on him for consideration for apromotion. He is the perfect example for how I am sure Hilton wants to be represented.

O hotel foi maravilhoso e a equipe foi muito simpática. Gostei que eles tinham estacionamento subterrâneo, mas não estava feliz pagando $ 60 por pouco mais de um dia de estacionamento. The hotel was wonderful and staff was very friendly. Liked that they had underground parking, but was not happy paying $60 for just over a day off parking. If you're traveling with your dog, there is no place to take them out other than a few dirt patches. Also no trash cans out side to dispose of anything to include pet waste.

A recepção parece ser administrada por nada além de crianças que poderiam se importar menos em ajudar seus hóspedes. Ao reservar o hotel, perguntamos especificamente se este era um hotel para crianças e famílias. Disseram-nos que não. Esta é uma viagem para irmos a bares e conhecer outras pessoas da nossa idade. Entramos e a primeira coisa que notamos é que o lugar parece uma creche. As cores são verdes e azuis baratos e feios. Ao fazer o check-in, notamos uma festa de pizza completa para 30 crianças no lobby. A piscina foi mais correu com crianças. Como você pode ver, mentiram para nós propositalmente ou apenas por negligência. A equipe não foi amigável. Não ajuda. Basicamente apenas agiu indiferente à sua existência. Pedir conselhos a uma pessoa da recepção sobre onde obter itens diários deve ser uma ocorrência comum e facilmente abordada. Perguntei a 4 funcionários diferentes "você sabe onde posso comprar óculos de sol por perto?" NEM UM ÚNICO MESMO TENTOU AJUDAR. O último cara nem olhou para mim apenas disse “não”. Não vá aqui, a menos que queira esta bela cidade barateada por pizzas, pinturas feias, crianças pequenas e uma equipe sem brilho.

The colors are cheap ugly greens and blues. When checking in we notice a full pizza party for 30 kids in the lobby. The pool was over ran with toddlers. Asking a front desk person for advice on where to get daily items should be a common occurrence and easily addressed. I have asked 4 different employees “do you know where I can buy some sunglasses near by?” NOT A SINGLE ONE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO HELP. The last guy didn’t even look at me just said “nope”. Do not go here unless you want this beautiful city cheapened by pizza party’s, ugly painting, toddlers and a lackluster staff.

Ótimo hotel. O quarto era limpo e bem equipado, os funcionários eram ótimos e divertidos, o café da manhã era abundante e saboroso e as mesas de bilhar e os jogos de tabuleiro no lobby foram uma adição legal! Definitivamente ficarei aqui na próxima viagem também. Um grande ponto positivo foi a distância da Broadway... longe o suficiente para noites tranquilas, mas perto o suficiente para estar lá com uma caminhada rápida.

Fantástico hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y bien equipada, los empleados eran geniales y divertidos, el desayuno era abundante y sabroso y las mesas de billar y los juegos de mesa en el vestíbulo eran una adición genial. Terrific hotel. Room was clean and well-equipped, employees were great and fun, breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the billiard tables and hand shuffle board games in the lobby were a cool addition! Will definitely stay here next trip as well. A huge positive was the distance from Broadway…far enough for quiet nights, but close enough to be there with a quick walk.

Front desk was a madhouse at check in. Although I checked in on the app still had to stop by for the parking access card. The hotel felt like a college dorm in its decor. It was mostly quiet at night except for a few random parties. It was about the farthest from Broadway of all the hotels in the area but really convenient to the convention center and arena.

O serviço de quarto é irritantemente barulhento. Não houve um dia em que eles não me acordaram do meu sono e não estou falando de aspirar regularmente. Eles estão batendo nas coisas, batendo no mesmo chão repetidamente como se ninguém estivesse na porta ao lado. Também encontrei uma lata de tabaco Copenhagen no meu quarto... Eu não masco tabaco nem fumo. Eles também devem limpar o dispensador de xampu e condicionador onde a garrafa cai. O cara alto na recepção é muito legal, ele faz as coisas na primeira vez. Eu tinha um membro da equipe que carregava um carrinho de roupa suja no elevador e saía correndo do elevador para me dizer que eu estava no andar errado porque bati 6 e desci às 2, que tem a piscina. Foi desconfortável para mim porque ele deixou o carrinho lá para segurar as portas enquanto ia atrás de mim... e se eu decidisse pela piscina no último minuto? Ele ficava gritando com licença, com licença e tentando me colocar de volta no elevador, eu subi as escadas, isso foi muito estranho para mim.

Room service is obnoxiously loud. There hasn't been a day where they haven't awaken me from my sleep and I'm not talking about regular vacuuming. They're slamming things, slamming the same foor repeatedly as if no one is next door. Also found a Copenhagen tobacco canister in my room... I don't chew tobacco or smoke for that matter. They should also clean the shampoo and conditioner dispenser where the bottle drops in. The tall guy at the front desk is really nice, he gets things done the first time. I had a staff member who lugged a dirty laundry cart in the elevator proceed to run out of the elevator to tell me I was on the wrong floor because I hit 6 and got off at 2, which has the pool. It was uncomfortable for me because he left his cart there to hold the doors while he went after me...what if I decided on the pool at the last minute? He kept yelling excuse me, excuse me and trying to get me back on the elevator, I took the stairs, that was to weird for me.

This hotel was fantastic. Clean, easy to get to, close to everything! Kayleigha at the front desk was amazing!! She helped make our girls trip a great one! Give that girl a raise!!! Breakfast was plentiful, housekeeping on the spot. I travel a lot and really could not find anything negative to write about. Thanks for a great stay I will be back!.

This is a great hotel - the rooms are larger than a standard hotel room, and the rooms even include a couch, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes/silverware. The staff is incredibly friendly - shout out to Bobby at the front desk. Loved my stay here.

This is a great hotel! I booked for a group with 3 rooms for 4 nights. The first thing I noticed at check in was that, it really is as cute and trendy as it looks online. The second thing I made note of was how incredibly clean the rooms were, especially the bathrooms. During our stay, because of COVID rules the rooms weren't serviced daily, but anything we asked for was delivered to the rooms RIGHT AWAY and any trash or towels put out were collected quickly! I will add that front desk staff was nothing short of incredible, every one of them. But, my party agrees wholeheartedly that both Louis and Terence went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We loved Nashville and would absolutely rebook at this property thanks to them.

Great place and everyone was so helpful. We had a Gypsy vacation and I am so glad we stop here. The place was pet friendly as well. Had pool tables and a Foose ball table in the lobby. Thank you for the good experience

The room was very clean and stylish. We went stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer! Free breakfast, pool, spa, outside fire pit, tons of lounging, and a close walk to everything down town! The front desk guy Louis was amazing! He was super nice, funny, and gave us great recommendations for dinner since we checked in late. Give this man a raise! He is going above and beyond for his job! Amazing ☺️
