Situated on Dubai’s famous Jumeirah Beach and adjacent to the Dubai Marina the 5-star resort features three pools including kid's pool with water slides and a variety of indoor and alfresco dining outlets. We recently stayed in this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and clean. Throughout my stay, the hotel's service was exceptional. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of keeping my room tidy and well-stocked with fresh towels and linens. One of the highlights of my stay in the hotel was the incredible lounge on the 25th floor. Not only did it offer stunning seaside views, but it was also a great place to relax and unwind. But what really made the experience special was the exceptional service provided by the lounge staff, they went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience, particularly Ahmed. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Habtoor Grand Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. The hotel's exceptional service truly made my trip one to remember!

Very attentive, helpful and courteous staff. Ella at check in was amazing. Hotel is a bit old, but for its age it’s amazing. Interior decor is nice. Location is wonderful, especially if you have a sea view in one of the towers! Facilities are great resort facilities. It’s a really nice resort with good value for money

Fantastic hotel with everything you need for kids and babies. The beach is so nice and the water is crystal clear. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and we ate well at Luciano’s! The kids club could be kept cleaner and tidier as well as having more interaction with the kids

Great resort located in the Dubai marina. Conveniently located about 10 min walk from the boardwalk which is great for walks and good restaurants. Also close to the main road that takes you to the burj and the mall etc… Also located about 15 minutes from subway which is interesting to explore. The resort has good restaurants, a well stocked gym and a steam room and multiple pools. Favourite parts were private beach and the club lounge which both had a great view of the marina and sea during day and night. The food served by the lounge was tasty and service top notch. Really enjoyed drinking a a coffee in the morning with the view!

In this hotel you want for nothing. Location is brilliant but its the service, cleanliness and food that blows you away. Check-in was smooth and efficient Room spacious with great views Food was plentiful well presented and tasted great. Facilities were top drawer plenty of sunbeds great pools and bars lost of sports and easy access to the beach But like all hotels it's real gem are the staff and they could not do enough for you. Totally had a brilliant week in this hotel and cannot wait to get back

One of the best and most luxurious hotels in Dubai. The view is so beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff are so kind. I recommend booking a Twin Guest Room (sleep of 3) it has an elegant bathroom. If you have children this place is gonna be a dream come true since in the mornings kids pool has a kids swim instructor and the hotel has a kids playground. Even as a couple’s vacation you can enjoy the pool and sunbathing, also ask the front desk for the shuttle bus timings (to Dubai mall and the Grand Beach Resort) 5/5 stars! The best hotel I have been in Dubai.

Hotel was amazing! My wife and I did get asked what we were doing while walking to the beach and we did get asked our room number quite often. I don't know why, however we were one of the only black couples there (that we observed). Besides that, it was magical! We will definitely travel to Dubai again!

Not because of the place but the reception team. We book in advance, however they didn't print our names out. After 20 min of waiting, the guy found manager Mariya who was responsible in the evening. She found out that issue and... offered us to pay 200 instead of 100 per person, acting that we, three ladies, didn't mention that we would have been coming for the ladies day in the booking. How could she even know that if she was not the one whom we spoke with. In general, the place is very good! The rest if the staff is caring, attentive and really trying to create your mood.

Friendly staff. Clean resort. Booked a suite for a family of 4 but was set up for 2. Took a couple of phone calls to get it handled but they did solve it after few hours All and all great experience. No hassle for the rest of the stay

this was my best holidays. The service was amazing. On first call, within a few min, room service came. My room was always carefully cleaned (elephants and birds with hearts made from towels always were on my bad))) In Habtoor grand resort food was great, especially my favorite seafood. I was on vacation with my family and everyone was delighted. Gorgeous beach, clean, perfect location. Very polite staff are always smiling and happy to help any time. Highly recommend !

I would like to complain about my experience today. I checked in at the hotel Mentioned above. I can’t find words to describe my disappointment and frustration. I booked this hotel, category 6 and checked in into a category 3. As a gold member, instead of receiving an early check in and an upgrade I received a disgraceful room with mild on the ceiling no elevator and a motel look. And the check in was finally completed at 5.45 pm, so one hour and 45 minutes later than the normal check in time. After that I waited 57 minutes for my luggage to be brought to the room. But my biggest concern is that I had to wait at the pool of the hotel for my room from 2.00 pm to 5.45 pm. The deck was packed with people, zero social distancing, and very low level of hygiene which is more than concerning considering the current situation. I had to use ripped towels and when I was finally offered a chair to Sit the attendant didn’t want to sanitize the chair that had been used by someone else. No one was there to enforce face covering and it is needless to say that this is unacceptable. I can’t describe my frustration, thinking I am putting my kids and myself at high risk of contamination while I should be relaxing in my vacation. I spent hours of my so called “vacation day” speaking with the Marriott Binvoy customer service who was totally useless, offering me a compensation of 2,000 points instead of helping me finding an alternative accommodation among the 5 different options Marriott has to offer in a radius of 2 km. I am deeply disappointed and also very upset that I had to pay an additional $920 to find an alternative accommodation in the area having to book a last minute stay instead of enjoying a preferred rate I could have got should I had booked a different hotel well in advance as I had booked this disaster hotel. In conclusion if you want to pay for a 5 stars and stay at a motel this is your place. I would strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

Visited with family, nice hotel with good facilities including several restaurants, large pool, kids pool with water slides, tennis courts and private beach. Went during holiday season and the staff was great.Very nice views of JBR and Palm, bonus is to watch the sky divers land

The resort stands out with excellent customer service and tons of amenities. There is play area for kids within the facility like other public parks. The pool area (there are multiple pools) are amazing with good vibes all around. The best part of the main pool is the water slides.The beach area has the best views of JBR. The landscaping is beautiful and maintained quite well.We had a quality time in the resort and surely will visit again.All the staff's very friendly and cooperative. The parking management team and security are very motivated and does their job professionally.
