Todo o tipo pessoal, eles nos permitem entrar cedo no quarto e nos emprestar o próprio computador deles / delas para conferir nosso correio. Um dos melhores hotéis em que me hospedei em Istambul. Acessível, limpo e perto de tudo. A poucos minutos da Hagia Sophia, do Parque Gulhane e do bonde. Equipe amigável incrível. Hamit, o proprietário, sempre sai de seu caminho para ajudar seus convidados. Com certeza ficarei aqui na próxima vez que estiver em Istambul. Outra vantagem é a pequena loja de presentes anexa que vende caligrafia árabe e lindas caixas de madeira feitas à mão.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Istanbul. Affordable, clean, and close to everything. Just a few minutes from the Hagia Sophia, Gulhane Park and the tram. Amazing friendly staff. Hamit, the owner, always goes out of his way to assist his guests. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Istanbul. Another perk is the little gift shop attached that sells Arabic calligraphy and gorgeous handmade wooden boxes.

It's a lovely place to stay in, the owners are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, you'll have variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel is right in the centre of everything, the Blue Mosque and hagia Sofia are a few minutes away.

The owner and staff were all very helpful and really kind people. They were helping me to fixing my box for the shipping abroad and carried heavy bags to the bus station. The rom is clean and comfortable. Location was great!

Gul Sultan Hotel is and homey place, the room and furniturewere very clean with fresh smell in the air. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and again very clean. Mr Hamid has a shop beside the hotel full of art and calligraphy, he gave us information with warm spiritabout that beautiful pieces of art. I would definitely recommend "Gul Sultan" Hotel.

One of the best places to arrive and stay in Istanbul. Bedroom and bathroom big and comfortable, everything perfectly clean. Breakfast free self service full of different things. All the personal kind, they allow us to enter early the room and borrow us their own computer to check our mail. Also the hotel is in the middle of all important and beautiful to visit in the city. Ella es una persona mayor y viajaba sola, pero al regresar del viaje me contó todo sobre el hotel y su personal y estaba muy contenta, me dijo que lo recomienda a cualquieraque vaya a Estambul.
