Beds are comfy enough, clean, Little Pigeon River view was nice, staff was friendly, and short walk to the Parkway, The Peddler Steakhouse, and the Gatlinburg Trail. Only thing I would change is upgrade the bathroom showers as the head on our shower was very flimsy. Address the bathroom ceiling vents as they were clogged with debris. Finally the door could use a better lock and some weatherstripping as you could see some daylight through the edges of it. Great cheap stay for around $70-80 a night. I wouldn’t pay anymore than that.

Very nice place, conveniently located right next to the entrance to Ober Gatlinburg and a couple minutes away from Parkway with its restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and reasonably priced. Our beds had comfortable mattresses and pillows. Though they have a pretty tight lobby, they provide breakfast which is really great for those who don't want to spend a lot of time on restaurants in the morning.

O banheiro estava um pouco desatualizado, você poderia dizer que a banheira era velha. MAS, caso contrário, foi uma estadia 2Night 3Day incrível com nossa criança. A equipe foi muito simpática e sempre fez questão de dizer olá a ela, acomodando-se em check-in e check-out tardios. Sentado na varanda inclinada para o rio, uma vez que nosso diabinho foi dormir extremamente tranquilo. Distância perfeita a pé e logo atrás da avenida principal para que você não tenha que lidar com todo o barulho e pessoas o tempo todo. Pode muito bem ser a nossa visita ao visitar Gatlinburg. Oh, também para acrescentar, eles nem mesmo ficaram bravos quando a criança estava brincando com o telefone e enviou uma emergência para eles, o que acabou com uma policial simpática batendo na porta 30 minutos depois de irmos para o quarto e nos acomodar. Acabou apenas desligando o telefone. 🤣

El baño estaba un poco anticuado, se notaba que la bañera era vieja. PERO, por lo demás, fue una estadía increíble de 2 noches y 3 días con nuestro niño pequeño. El personal era muy amable y siempre se aseguraba de saludarla, complaciente con el check in y el check out tardío. Sentado en el balcón que da al río una vez que nuestro pequeño diablo se fue a dormir extremadamente tranquilo. Perfecta distancia a pie y justo detrás de la avenida principal para que no tenga que lidiar con todo el ruido y la gente todo el tiempo. Bien puede ser nuestro destino durante nuestra visita a Gatlinburg. Ah, también para agregar que ni siquiera se enojaron cuando el niño pequeño estaba jugando con el teléfono y les envió una emergencia, lo que terminó con una amable dama oficial llamando a la puerta 30 minutos después de que fuimos a la habitación y nos acomodamos. Terminé simplemente desconectando el teléfono. 🤣

The bathroom was a little outdated, you could tell the bathtub was old. BUT otherwise it was an amazing 2Night 3Day stay with our toddler. Staff was very friendly and always made sure to tell her hello, accommodating to late check in and check out. Sitting on the balcony listing to the river once our little devil went to sleep extremely peaceful. Perfect walking distance and right behind the main strip so you don’t have to deal with all the noise and people all the time. It very well may be our go to while visiting Gatlinburg. Oh also to add they didn’t even get mad when the toddler was playing with the phone and sent out emergency to them, which ended up with a nice officer lady knocking on the door 30 minutes after we go to the room and settled. Ended up just unplugging the phone. 🤣

Great rate and decent room for the price. Clean pool and very clean rooms. Older Hotel but at 109.00 good rate. Prices do change on weekends. Note is built on the main Creek. From privacy Balcony hear and see the water. Room walks down to creek with walk ways.

Eu recomendo ficar aqui. As camas acomodavam dois de nós confortavelmente. Acessível para o período de tempo e faixa de preço que procurávamos. A porta da varanda se abriu para contemplar parte do rio e algumas montanhas. Caminhamos várias vezes para a rua da sala. O piso era bom na sala e na cadeira de rodas. Não usamos a tv o tempo todo porque a cidade era muito intrigante! Eu recomendaria ficar aqui se estiver em sua faixa de preço. Os contras são apenas uma máquina de refrigerante com garrafas grandes, sem latas. As toalhas são meio pequenas e não super fofas, mas dão conta do recado.

I recommend staying here. The beds slept two of us each comfortably. Affordable for the time frame and price range we were looking for. The balcony door opened to overlook part of the river and some mountains. We walked to the strip from the room multiple times. The flooring was nice in the room and the rolling chair. We didn’t use the tv the whole time because the city was so intriguing! I would recommend staying here if this is in your price range. The cons are only one soda machine with large bottles, no cans. The towels are kinda small and not super fluffy, but they get the job done.
