Mariana and the other Reception girl were really friendly and helpful. But God DAMN dont use the snacks in the fridge. They will literally cost you more than the cost of your hotel room.!!.

To start with, we got a room where someone smoked for a long time. The receptionist told us that she couldn't offer us any other room since all the other rooms were booked out. However, she kept pretending that she could not smell anything, that it was us making things up! How rude! Of course, no discount, nothing like that was offered to us. No one even apologized to us.
The breakfast was so bad that I don't even know where to start. The amount and variety of food was very small. Plus, once something was finished, we had to find (!) the waiter and ask her/him to add more. This request took them about 15 minutes. In Lviv, a place with delicious bread, they only had one kind, and it was not fresh either. No fruits, no sweets. Also, coffee mugs were something we had to ask for as well.
No signs on any food, so if you want to know what's in the jars, then simply... sniff them like everyone else!
Overall, a hotel that is clearly worn-out. This, plus the staff that received no training, that is very rude and unfriendly make it what it is - a hole in a great location in the park.

Service at the restaurant was horrible. First day I wanted to order some food but it took up to 20minutes to get the menu and then, after next 15 minutes I just gave up. No one approach me. Second day I ordered 2 cogniacs and it took 30to get it to my table. Secondly, breakfast was not tasty at all and pricing at the restaurant is ridiculous, it is cheaper to get Uber over to old Town at there and come back...and in the old Town you get the proper service. You won't get the good night because matress remembers times of USSR. Unless, you love to feel springs under you, you won't enjoy the night.

English speaking receptionist, who also was very nice and smiling. And they have good parking facilities.
