É um bom hotel para ficar. As pessoas da recepção foram muito úteis. As faxineiras eram super queridas. Ficamos lá por 2 semanas e tivemos que sair um dia mais cedo devido a uma emergência familiar. Devo agradecer a todos os trabalhadores daquele hotel. Eu acidentalmente deixei meu chapéu (que foi dado pelo meu tio morto) em nosso quarto. Eles foram muito legais quando meu namorado ligou. Eles até o mantiveram em um local seguro e estavam prontos para serem retirados 4 dias depois, quando meu amigo chegou. A desvantagem é que eles não oferecem café da manhã gratuito. Você pode obtê-lo no deli ao virar da esquina. A lavanderia e a árvore do dólar também estão ao virar da esquina, se você precisar de alguma coisa. Também devo mencionar que o restaurante hispânico ao virar da esquina também. A comida era tão deliciosa. Definitivamente recomendaria este lugar se você estiver procurando por uma estadia barata em Nova York.

Es un buen hotel para quedarse. Los píos de la recepción fueron muy serviciales. Las señoras de la limpieza eran súper dulces. Nos quedamos allí por 2 semanas y tuvimos que irnos un día antes debido a una emergencia familiar. Debo agradecer a todos los trabajadores de ese hotel. Accidentalmente dejé mi sombrero (que me dio mi tío muerto) en nuestra habitación. Fueron muy amables cuando llamó mi novio. Incluso lo guardaron en un lugar seguro y estaba listo para ser recogido 4 días después cuando llegó mi amigo. La desventaja es que no ofrecen desayuno gratis. Puedes conseguirlo en la tienda de delicatessen a la vuelta de la esquina. La lavandería y el árbol del dólar también están a la vuelta de la esquina si necesita algo. También debo mencionar ese restaurante hispano a la vuelta de la esquina. La comida era tan deliciosa. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar si está buscando una estadía económica en Nueva York.

It’s a nice hotel to stay in. The peeps from the front desk were very helpful. Cleaning ladies were super sweet. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had to leave a day early due to family emergency. I must thanks all the workers in that hotel. I accidentally left my hat(that was given by my dead uncle) in our room. They were very nice about it when my boyfriend called. They even kept it in a safe spot and was ready to be pick up 4 days later when my friend arrived. The downside is that they don’t provide free breakfast. You can get it by the deli around the corner. The laundromat and dollar tree are also around the corner if you need anything. Also I must mention that Hispanic restaurant around that corner as well. The food was so delicious. Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap stay in NYC.

Ficamos neste hotel por cerca de 10 dias. O hotel foi apenas ok. Eles não têm tapetes. Também é muito alto e barulhento no meio da noite. Todas as noites acordávamos às 3 da manhã e ouvíamos pessoas e crianças correndo e rindo no corredor, do lado de fora do nosso quarto. Aconteceu todos os dias e ficamos imaginando quem seria tão ativo às 3 da manhã. Pensei comigo mesmo que pode haver fantasmas neste hotel que acordam à noite. Ao verificar com a recepcionista, fomos informados de que há um grande grupo de pessoas hospedadas no hotel e que chegam todos os dias à noite. Outra questão foi o estacionamento, o site do hotel diz que eles têm estacionamento, mas não se deixe enganar por isso. Eles só têm estacionamento para 6 ou 7 carros. Se esses lugares forem ocupados, você terá que encontrar estacionamento nas ruas. A equipe do hotel era agradável. Se eu tiver uma opção, não vou ficar neste hotel novamente.

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante unos 10 días. El hotel estaba bien. No tienen alfombras. También es demasiado ruidoso y ruidoso en el medio de la noche. Todas las noches nos despertábamos a las 3 a. m. y escuchábamos a personas y niños mojarse y reírse en el pasillo, fuera de nuestra habitación. Ocurría todos los días y seguíamos preguntándonos quién estaría tan activo a las 3 de la mañana. Pensé para mis adentros que podría haber fantasmas en este hotel que se despiertan por la noche. Al consultar con la recepcionista, nos dijeron que hay un gran grupo de personas alojadas en el hotel y que vienen todos los días a altas horas de la noche. Otro problema fue el estacionamiento, el sitio web del hotel dice que tienen estacionamiento, pero no se deje engañar por eso. Solo tienen estacionamiento para 6 o 7 autos. Si esos lugares están ocupados, entonces tienes que encontrar estacionamiento en las calles. El personal del hotel fue agradable. Si tengo otra opción, no volveré a hospedarme en este hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for about 10 days. The hotel was just ok. They don’t have carpets. Also it’s too loud and noisy in the middle of the night. Every night we would wake up at 3 am and hear people and children runny and giggling in the hallway, outside our room. It happened every day and we kept on wondering who would be so active at 3 am in the morning. I thought to myself that may be there are ghosts in this hotel that wake up at night. Upon checking with the receptionist, we were told that there is a big group of people staying in the hotel and that they come in everyday at late night hours.
Another issue was parking, the hotel website says that they have parking but don’t be fooled by that. They have only parking for 6 or 7 cars. If those spots are taken then you have to find parking on the streets.
The hotel staff was nice. If I have an option, I will not stay in this hotel again.

De lejos, este lugar es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. Pésimo servicio al cliente, la habitación estaba sucia y tenía un fuerte olor a humo. Se suponía que todo el hotel era "libre de humo". El grifo del lavabo del baño estaba roto, el grifo de la bañera también estaba roto. Teníamos una habitación con una cama King size y un sofá cama. Cuando abrimos el sofá cama, el colchón estaba amarillo y tenía al menos tres manchas marrones enormes. Totalmente inaceptable. También encontramos algo de moho en la bañera. De longe, este lugar é o pior hotel que já fiquei. Atendimento ao cliente horrível, o quarto estava imundo e tinha um cheiro forte de fumaça. Todo o hotel deveria ser “livre de fumo”. A torneira da pia do banheiro estava quebrada, a torneira da banheira estava quebrada também. Tivemos um quarto com uma cama king size e um sofá-cama. Quando abrimos o sofá-cama o colchão era amarelo e tinha pelo menos três enormes manchas marrons. Totalmente inaceitável. Também encontramos algum mofo na banheira. As chaves do nosso quarto pararam de funcionar no segundo dia, então, como não conseguiram consertá-lo, tivemos que ir até a recepção para desbloquear nosso quarto toda vez que queríamos entrar. Experiência horrível, eu nunca recomendaria isso lugar para ninguém.

A localização é um pouco no lado sombrio, eles não têm estacionamento, então boa sorte para encontrar um lugar na rua. Eu queria ficar aqui por um longo período de tempo que informei a recepção disso. Eu disse pelo menos 3 dias, mas vou pagar por um dia e conferir. Paguei por dois dias e liguei para o andar de baixo porque não recebi um recibo apenas para descobrir que eles não têm quartos disponíveis no fim de semana, o que significa que tenho que sair do hotel novamente e encontrar um lugar para ficar. Nunca tive esse problema antes, também eles são MUITO insuficientes. Não tem ninguém aqui para te ajudar com suas malas você está praticamente sozinha e eu vim com um monte de coisas. Normalmente, há uma pessoa na recepção, às vezes, eles nem estão lá, já houve algumas ocasiões em que ligo para fazer uma pergunta e ninguém atende o telefone. Do lado positivo os quartos são limpos, não há insetos graças a Deus. Eles têm uma pequena geladeira e um forno de microondas. Outro aspecto negativo da televisão que eles têm aqui é extremamente PEQUENA. É uma tela plana de aproximadamente 24 polegadas no máximo, vou voltar para o hotel em que fiquei antes de vir aqui o Surfside Hotel na Crossbay Boulevard é exatamente o mesmo preço que eles têm uma equipe muito grande que é extremamente útil e eles têm quartos que ficam de frente para a baía, se você quiser, eles também têm quartos de luxo, se você quiser uma cama king-size e uma banheira de hidromassagem. Minha recomendação é o hotel Surfside, vou voltar lá na sexta-feira, pois não tenho escolha porque não há quartos disponíveis aqui que tive que mudar de quarto depois de ficar aqui uma noite foi muito desagradável e tive que fazer isso sozinho, pois ninguém trabalha aqui. Extremamente insuficiente, oh sim, no positivo, eles também têm uma cafeteira no quarto que eu não usei, eles têm um armário para suas coisas uma tábua de passar com ferro, então o quarto tem muitas coisas, mas você está sozinho se você planeja ficar por um longo período de tempo, você terá que pagar por esses dias com antecedência, caso contrário, eles apenas os alugarão, como eu disse, originalmente disse ao homem na recepção que ficaria aqui pelo menos 3 dias não faz diferença o que eu disse, obviamente, eles só se importam com o que você paga.

The location is a little on the Shady Side, they do not have a parking lot so good luck finding a spot on the street. I wanted to stay here for an extended amount of time that I informed the front desk of that. I saidat least 3 days but I'm going to pay for one day and check it out. Spent the night in the morning I decided to pay for another day I was told because I did not reserve it, in other words I didn't pay for it I would have to change my room I had to get all my stuff and change it to another room!I paid for two days and then I called downstairs because I did not get a receipt only to find out that they have no rooms available on the weekend that means I have to leave the hotel again and find somewhere to stay. Never had this problem before ,also they are VERY understaffed. There is nobody here to help you with your bags you're pretty much on your own and I came with a lot of things. There's normally one person at the front desk sometimes they're not even there they have been a few occasions when I call downstairs to ask a question and nobody answer the phone. On the positive side the rooms are clean, there are no bugs thank God. They have a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. Another negative the television that they have here is extremely SMALL. It's a flat screen approximately 24in at the most, I will be going back to the hotel that I stayed at before coming here the Surfside Hotel on Crossbay Boulevard it's exactly the same price they have a very large crew that is extremely helpful and they have rooms that face the bay if you want they also have luxury rooms if you want a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi. My recommendation is the Surfside hotel I will be going back there Friday as I have no choice because there are no rooms available here that I had to change my room after staying here one night was very unpleasant and I had to do it myself as nobody works here. Extremely understaffed oh yes on the positive they also have a coffee maker in the room that I did not use they have a closet for your things an ironing board with an iron so the room has many things in it but you're on your own if you plan on staying for any extended period of time you will have to pay for these days in advance otherwise they will just rent them out as I said I originally told the man at the front desk that I would be staying here at least 3 days made no difference what I said obviously they only care what you pay for.

By far this place is the worst hotel I have ever stay in. Horrible customer service, room was filthy and had a strong smoke smell. The entire hotel was supposed to be “smoke-free”. Bathroom sink faucet was broken, bathtub faucet was broken as well. We had a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed the mattress was yellow and had at least three huge brown stains. Totally unacceptable. We also found some mold in the bathtub. The keys to our room stopped working the second day so since they couldn’t fix it we had to go all the way to the front desk to have our room unlocked everytime we would want to get in. Horrible experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A equipe e a gerência tornam este lugar ótimo. Fiquei aqui uma noite em circunstâncias negativas (cancelamentos de voos devido à neve pesada). Esses caras conseguiram para minha família e eu alguns quartos a um preço decente, quando todo o resto estava reservado. Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos e, em geral, o hotel forneceu uma estadia segura e sólida.Eu normalmente não ficaria aqui (Marriott Elite), mas sou grato por esses caras estarem lá para nos ajudar em uma situação difícil! Mantem!

El personal y la gerencia hacen que este lugar sea excelente. Me alojé aquí una noche en circunstancias negativas (cancelaciones de vuelos debido a fuertes nevadas). Estos muchachos pudieron conseguirle a mi familia y a mí un par de habitaciones a un precio decente, cuando todo lo demás estaba reservado. Las habitaciones eran agradables y limpias y, en general, el hotel proporcionó una estancia sólida y segura.Normalmente no me quedaría aquí (Marriott Elite), ¡pero estoy agradecido de que estos muchachos estuvieran allí para ayudarnos en una situación difícil! ¡Seguid así!

The staff and the management make this place great. Stayed here a night under negative circumstances (flight cancelations due to heavy snow). These guys were able to get my family and I a couple of rooms at a decent price, when everything else was booked. The rooms were nice and clean and overall the hotel provided a solid safe stay.
I normally would not stay here (Marriott Elite), but am thankful these guys were there to help us in a difficult situation! Keep it up!

Was recommended to me by a friend who said it was a comfortable stay at a great price - and that’s exactly what it was. Stayed for two days with an infant - everything was really clean and staff was super friendly/accommodating with late check out, extra towels, etc. Highly recommend!
