Ótima localização, ótimo bairro, ótimo acesso à cidade (M2 e M 10). Apartamento em si está virado para o pátio e é muito tranquilo. Também na casa muito pouco barulho vizinho. Espaço de estacionamento subterrâneo também está disponível. Amplo espaço para 2 pessoas e espaço para dormir disponível para 4 pessoas. Mas então fica desconfortável no café da manhã, como a mesa do café da manhã tem apenas 2 lugares. Mas há boas oportunidades externas de café da manhã na área.

Excelente ubicación, excelente vecindario, excelente acceso a la ciudad (M2 y M 10). El apartamento en sí está frente al patio y es muy tranquilo. También en la casa hay muy poco ruido vecino. Aparcamiento subterráneo también disponible. Un amplio espacio para 2 y espacio para dormir para 4 disponibles. Pero luego se pone incómodo en el desayuno, ya que la mesa del desayuno tiene solo 2 asientos. Pero hay buenas oportunidades de desayuno externo en el área.

Underground parking space also available. Ample space for 2 and sleeping space for 4 available. But then it gets uncomfortable at breakfast, as the breakfast table has only 2 seats. But there are good external breakfast opportunities in the area.
