Fantastic job 3HB team. Despite being such a new hotel, all the staff were friendly, helpful, and always there to provide great service. Decor and aesthetic throughout is fantastic. Breakfast was great, so many options. Rooftop pool is stunning. Location is perfect. Close to the lively area but not too close, and also easy to walk to the old town.

Tuve una experiencia asombrosa. ¡Solo me quedé un día y una noche y la experiencia en general fue excelente! Hermosa habitación, hermoso hotel con una bonita azotea, buen desayuno y un servicio agradable. Volvería y lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda.

We have come to the end of a 5 night stay and cannot compliment the hotel enough! Great hotel with great facilities and the attention to detail is superb. What makes this hotel so special is the staff, with a special shout out to Giovanna, Ruben, and Nilton. They are friendly, efficient and quite simply an absolute delight….certainly a credit to the Hotel. I would come back to Faro simply to return to this Hotel… a real gem!

O Hotel tem uma arquitetura linda, com quartos muito confortáveis e modernos, além de uma boa localizaçăo nas ruas exclusivas para pedestre de Faro. Sua piscina no rooftop é um plus inégavel. No entanto, como tinhamos acabado de nos hospedar em um outro5 estrelas no Algarve, percebemos que o serviço ainda năo condiz com o esperado para hoteis desse nivel. Talvez por ser um hotel super recente.

Este fue el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado hasta ahora. Las persianas automáticas son un toque sutil pero impresionante. El hotel es claramente moderno, desde su arquitectura hasta su tecnología. Lo único negativo fue que el televisor no tenía una aplicación de Netflix o YouTube.La zona de spa interior era increíble, con sauna, chorros de presión, balde de agua fría y mucho más.La piscina de la azotea tenía unas vistas fantásticas y una arquitectura brillante.El mejor restaurante y bar era genial, con una hermosa chimenea para disfrutar de un whisky al lado.La pizzería en la planta baja tenía comida increíble. Los rollos de salmón estaban para morirse (entrante).El personal también fue muy agradable y servicial, incluidos los camareros con quienes fue muy divertido hablar.¡Gracias por la encantadora estadía!

El mejor hotel en el que se puede estar en Faro, y puede que el mejor del Algarve. Un trato excelente en un lugar muy muy especial. La decoración, los servicios (gym, spa, ...) y la piscina!!! 😍 Siempre que vuelva a Faro, será mi primera opción seguro.

Un hotel bien situado en el centro de Faro, todo muy nuevo. En la azotea tiene una piscina infinita, el bufet de desayuno era muy completo. Sin dudar repetiría.

The best place in the middle of faro, with a perfectly relaxing rooftop which is a perfect place to relax after a day in the city or on the beach, with nice friendly staff. The rooms are lovely and the facilities to be used are new so nothing else left for a perfect stay in Portugal.

I spent only one night here, but this beautiful hotel sure tempted me to stay longer! The room was beautiful, everything was clean and the rooftop with pool is flawless. The attention to details and good service here made it a wonderful stay.The Angus burger and the craft ice tea are highly recommended when you are at the rooftop bar!

The hotel is newly launched . Very morden and high quality of decoration and facility . The highlights are roof top infinity pool , the Terrance and restaurant. Also the spa although its quite small but very cozy , have everything you need sauna , Turkish bath …etc . The staffs are efficient. professional and very friendly with smiles on the face all the time . Highly recommended . Will definitely come back

This was the best hotel I stayed in so far. The automatic blinds are a subtle yet awesome touch. The hotel is clearly modern, from its architecture to its technology. The only negative was that the TV did not have a Netflix or YouTube app.
The indoor spa zone was amazing, with sauna, pressure jets, cold bucket of water and much more.
The roof top pool had great views and brilliant architecture.
The top restaurant and bar was great, with a lovely fire place to enjoy a whiskey next to.
The pizza restaurant on the ground floor had amazing food. The salmon rolls were to die for (starter).
The staff were also very nice and accommodating, including the waiters who were very fun to talk to.

Nuestra estancia duró cuatro noches y fue espectacular. El staff muy atento, todo el hotel impoluto, las habitaciones insonorizadas y muy amplias con todo tipo de detalles: iluminación acertada, las sábanas y almohadones como si durmieras entre algodones, albornoz y zapatillas, altavoz Marshall, tele de plasma, imanes en el ventanal para que la cortina cubra todo y no entre nada de luz... El buffet del desayuno, aunque no es enorme, tiene de todo para disfrutar al máximo. Calidad en sus alimentos. La piscina infinita de la azotea es maravillosa y tranquila , el spa sencillo pero perfecto para relajarse y por último el gimnasio perfectamente ordenado y con máquinas de última generación. Un hotel que no olvidaremos, ojalá sigan manteniendo tal nivel.

Occasionally a hotel comes along that is deserving of an exceptional review. This hotel surprises on the upside at every level, all the staff are wonderful, food and drinks are well prepared, I would definitely recommend trying a margarita.There is an exceptional high quality standard to the hotel in terms of decor and linen, the upstairs rooftop bar not only has the wow factor But it’s also very relaxing.The Hotel is in the city centre of Faro and it’s such a lovely area to discover. We loved it so much that we returned for the final two days of our vacation, That doesn’t happen often.It’s also so conveniently located from the airport, it’s a 10 minute journey you couldn’t wish for a better short-term or even long-term stay. We will return also give the Segway tour a go, so worth it.
